Demonstrated experience producing civil design deliverables including site layout, grading, drainage, utilities, stormwater management, and erosion/sediment control plans. Direct experience designing high-reliability electronics for space or defense applications, including part derating, worst-case analysis, and thermal constraints. Experience owning the design phase of circuits or boards, including trade studies, key part selection, and detailed design. Experience delivering subcircuit or board designs to production and deployment. Experience performing complex PCB layout, such as high-density interconnect (HDI) and high-speed digital or power electronics. Experience running board-level signal integrity and/or power integrity simulation tools such as Ansys SIwave, ADS SIPro, or Mentor Hyperlynx. Working knowledge of adjacent fields, such as software and mechanical. Proficiency in electronics design tools such as Altium. Strong lab experience for bring-up and verification of new hardware.
