Job Summary: The Product Development Process Engineer role resides within the Research and Development function at Elevation Labs Colorado, reporting to the VP of R&D. Develop/manage/execute post-batch analyses to identify necessary updates to manufacturing instructions.
Assists in root Cause analysis for failed batches originating in Compounding.
Retroactively reviews problematic formulations and proposes processing changes to enable BRFT.
Supports Compounding by ensuring staff have a basic understanding of formulation principles/methodologies, as well as the challenges and how to address them during batching.
Maintains an external focus on manufacturing trends with the intention of identifying capacity or capability expansions for ELID.
Leads CI initiatives as appropriate to the role.

The CompuNet Microsoft Senior Solutions Engineer is responsible for designing, developing, and deploying highly effective business solutions using the latest Microsoft products and technologies that include Office 365, Exchange, Azure, Active Directory and other related products and services.
The Microsoft Senior Solutions Engineer is expected to have experience with a mix of advanced Microsoft technology, IT Operations and strategic business acumen. This position must have a passion for interacting with customers, which is demonstrated through professionalism and striving for excellence in all aspects of the customer experience.
Core Duties and Responsibilities (but not limited to):
Be able to communicate Microsoft Office365 / Azure product benefits and professional services capabilities to both technical IT teams and business leaders.
Support and grow the value and productivity customers receive from using Microsoft Technologies around the O365 and collaboration products.
Independently gather and translate client business requirements into a use case for Microsoft O365 (or other products) and drive adoption
Collaborate with the sales team to build winning strategies for our clients
Perform necessary pre-sales functions to create solution designs
Effective whiteboard storytelling to be able to communicate designs and strategies with a client and team members
Build Bill of Materials (BoM), create illustrations and diagrams, write and provide Statements of Work (SoW).
