As part of the engineering team, the Sr. Sustaining Mechanical Engineer will have the opportunity to support and improve maintenance series production products. In this role, you will be responsible to track, troubleshoot and identify root cause and implement engineering changes as well as supporting new product manufacturing introduction in local and across enterprise-wide products.

In this role you will get to:
Create, improve and facilitate legacy products engineering documentation, including Bill of Materials (BOM), 3D models and drawings.
Conduct root cause analysis to resolve issues and implement corrective actions as part of Trystar's continuous improvement program.
Support a smooth handover of new products from engineering to manufacturing by participating in DFM/DFA reviews and ensuring lessons learned adherence.
Generate, track and coordinate Engineering Change Orders (ECO) for production collaborating with internal teams.
Identify, promote and implement modularity within the product and across different products for design efficiency.
Vet new opportunities, and recommend product changes/improvements to enhance product manufacturability and/or reduce cost
Job Requirements:
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or an equivalent.
15+ years of experience in manufacturing floor support/product design.
Experienced in engineering detailed drawings, and BOM in a high product customization manufacturing environment.
Strong problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
Highly motivated, fast learner with exceptional attention to detail that thrives in a team environment.
Experience with engineering change implementation.
Experience with complex electro-mechanical assemblies in SolidWorks or other CAD system.

The Facilities & Equipment Engineer-Night Shift ensures the safe, compliant, and efficient operation of facility systems in a regulated radiopharmaceutical environment during overnight and evening hours. This role is responsible for maintaining HVAC, utilities, cleanrooms, and building automation systems (BAS/BMS), while supporting preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and calibration management of all facility and analytical equipment while adhering to cGMP and regulatory requirements. THE FINE PRINT:
