Key Responsibilities:

Monitor project budgets, costs, and resource utilization, providing regular updates to leadership.
Ensure timely escalation of risks, delays, or quality concerns that could impact project deliverables.
Support the development and implementation of best practices, templates, and processes to enhance project management effectiveness.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives related to project governance, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration.
Leverage project metrics and lessons learned to improve execution efficiency and product quality outcomes.
Must-Have Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, Project Management, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience managing projects in a regulated medical device, biotechnology, or pharmaceutical environment.
Strong understanding of product development processes, design control, and risk management (ISO 14971).
Proficiency with project management tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, or equivalent.

Job Summary
The primary objective of the Project Engineer is to work with internal team members to create conceptual/formal designs, provide cost estimates, generate parts lists for procurement, and create proposals for future projects. Once projects are awarded to the Company, the Project Engineer will support these projects by developing project schedules, creating main component lists, at times creating P&ID drawings, creating engineering documents required per project, and acting as a lead at times supporting or backing up Project Management team members. The individual in this role will be responsible for communications with internal team members across various departments to make sure projects are completed on time, on budget and within scope.
Essential Job Responsibilities:
Partner with the Design & Execution team to gain intimate knowledge of the Company's evolving system designs as an output of customer-provided system specifications, visualize and communicate how the system designs will provide desired solutions to customers' needs, and learn about the justifications and documentation required to support the design and engineering solutions adopted
Work with current and prospective customers to understand their specific requirements for projects and develop and provide customer-focused solutions by creating conceptual designs, providing cost estimates, and creating proposals
Engage with Industrial Controls Division team members to gain a thorough understanding of their offerings and connection points/opportunities with Company-produced solutions
Work with internal team members and directly with customers to execute defined project objectives and requirements, including managing customer expectations, developing detailed project plans, developing component lists, and finalizing design criteria and other engineering documents as required to support client award on a per project basis
