Physical Demands & Work Environment Hybrid Role: Work is split between the corporate office and active job sites. Mobility: Must be able to walk job sites, climb temporary stairs/ladders, and wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Lifting: Occasional lifting of project documents or materials (up to 20 lbs).
