The Schedule Lead will act as a technical Schedule subject matter expert, overseeing all schedule management and reporting for their portfolio of projects. Our rapidly growing foundations business, which includes drilled shafts, micro piles, driven piles, auger cast-in-place piles, full displacement piles, soil mixing, support of excavation, anchors, tie-backs, stone columns, and other geotechnical solutions is a multi-faceted and leading-edge division of Kiewit focused on delivering differentiated solutions. **Responsibilities** + Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of foundation construction projects. + Collaborate with project managers, superintendents, and other team members to ensure project success. + Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders. + Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. + Prepare and review project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and reports. + Troubleshoot and resolve project-related issues. + Conduct site inspections and ensure adherence to project specifications. + Perform scheduling of the project. + Manage revenue, cost, and cash flow. + Oversee temporary engineering and permanent design management. + Ensure quality control. + Handle project closeout and client relations. + Assist in operations planning. + Administer contracts and subcontracts. **Qualifications** **Qualifications:** + Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (or equivalent). + 5+ years of work experience in construction or engineering. + Preferably, experience with augered cast-in-place (ACIP) piles is required, though not required. + Strong understanding of construction processes and project management principles. + Experience managing engineers. + Ability to read, analyze, and identify discrepancies in engineering plans, specifications, and contract documents. + Proficiency in project management software and tools. + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. + Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. + Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently to meet deadlines, goals, and objectives. + Highly motivated, with a demonstrated passion for excellence and taking initiative. + Strong work ethic, willing to do what it takes to get the job done right the first time. + Demonstrated commitment to ethics and integrity. + Passion for safety, with the ability to help ensure that nobody gets hurt. + Strong organization, time management, and attention to detail. + Willingness to travel and relocate within the Gulf Coast region as needed. JOB SUMMARY The Product/Process Development Engineer (Mechanical or Industrial with 5+ years of experience) will develop and test new products or enhance existing products, applying knowledge of engineering. This role will also implement new projects from inception to completion including connected patents. Technical development of mechanical systems. Support the documentation and startup of new technology equipment. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (DOE, Root Cause Analysis, Financial Estimates, Project Lead, Chemical/Mechanical testing, Presentation skills) · Develop test specifications, procedures and objectives (Design of Experiments - DOE) · Sets up and conducts tests from pilot to industrial scale to improve performance or other factors, or to obtain data for development, standardization, and quality control. · Analyzes indicated and calculated test results in relation to design or rated specifications and test objectives and modifies or adjusts equipment to meet specifications. · Determines nature of technical problems (using root cause analysis) and possible solutions, such as product redesign, substitution of material or parts, or rearrangement of parts or subassemblies. · Initiates cost reduction proposals and investigate proposals from other sources, compiles appropriate information, makes recommendations for action and checks on results obtained · Lead projects or assist in the formulation of overall objectives, policies, plans and programs and provide technical and specialized functional services and recommendations for carrying them out.
