Job Summary: The individual in this position is responsible for conceptualizing and designing new products, testing product designs, and drafting specifications for the manufacturing. Requirements
· Bachelor of Science in an Engineering discipline with 2-3 years of recent experience in aerospace and designed industries preferred.
· Basic CNC programming capabilities in CATIA is required. CATIA modeling and drafting capabilities is required.

The Preconstruction Solutions Engineer is responsible for ensuring engineered-to-order (ETO) project opportunities are technically feasible, code-compliant, and clearly defined before proposals are issued. Responsibilities
Serve as the primary technical authority during the preconstruction phase, providing expertise to ensure all Custom Projects meet customer expectations, code requirements, and RedGuard standards.
Review and interpret customer specifications, drawings, and RFQs to evaluate scope feasibility, compliance requirements, and areas needing clarification or exception.
Collaborate with Estimating, Sales, and Leadership teams to align cost models, technical requirements, and risk assessments with overall proposal strategy.
Validate and redline proposals prior to submission to ensure accuracy, alignment with customer requirements, and adherence to applicable codes and documented assumptions.

Job Description:Detail-oriented, reliable, creative team-player to lead field technical support for routine maintenance, turnaround (TAR), shutdown, outages, and project activities focused on fixed (static) equipment projects.
Job Duties/Responsibilities:•Field technical support, construction oversight, inspection, and reporting at client sites and vendors•Produce engineering packages and bid documents to code and client specifications•Interface across disciplines to deliver integrated solutions•Perform calculations, develop repair drawings, and provide repair/replacement recommendations, specifications, and scope of work packages for construction•Lead Client and Contractor interface, attend meetings, and provide written reports•Provide technical support for field execution, including outage/turnaround projects•Assist in constructability planning, proposal, and estimate development
Minimum Qualifications:•Education: Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering•Experience: Min Yr = 8+•Licensure: P.E. Preferred•Technical Skills: Knowledge of ASME B31.3, B31.1, ASME VIII Div I&2 required Knowledge of API 510/570/650/653, AutoCAD, Revit, & Bluebeam preferred•Management: Experience mentoring and leading small teams required•Other Skills: Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
