As an Incident Manager, you will be a part of the Sysco Information Technology Service Management team based in Houston, Texas, and responsible for the Sysco Major Incident Management process. You will be working with your global incident management team to assess the severity of reported incidents, identify relevant service owners, initiate, and lead incident management calls with relevant parties, communicate the progress of the incidents via relevant communication channels, ensure proper closure of those incidents and continuous auditing and improvements to Incident Management process. Responsibilities
Lead, own and drive Major incident management bridge calls and chats with support teams, application development teams, infrastructure teams' business teams, and senior leadership with the purpose of remediating major incidents.
Establishing strong command and control of an major incident, establishing clear accountability/ownership and methodical evaluation of complex issue scenarios.
Applying technical/environmental knowledge and experience to develop and drive appropriate tasks, forming paths to resolution.
Effectively verbalize, document, communicate and facilitate the identification, handling, status reporting, solution options and alternatives, change implementation of various incidents and problems reactively and proactively identified in the IT environment, and effectively bring them to resolution and/or closure.
Understand the Service Levels, determine the criticality of incidents, ensure incidents are addressed within agreed SLAs by the service owners, and taking follow-up actions until incidents are resolved.
Ensure the correct resources are working on the resolution of major incidents appropriate to the severity and identify when escalation is required and trigger such escalation accordingly.
Work closely with Service Owners to deliver a clear, concise picture of incidents and the short-term remediation applied; ensure problem prevention methods and mitigation strategies are continually applied to improve application availability and make recommendations on long-term solutions.
Effectively document analysis, business cases, solution strategies, incident and problem tracking, processes, procedures, and knowledge articles associated with implementing fixes and solutions to existing or predicted IT incidents and problems.
Facilitate analysis and review meetings and provide recommendations to service owners and platform owners to improve practices, service availability and IT services.
Build and maintain an intermediate level of understanding of the industry, business, internal processes and products, and apply this knowledge to incidents as they are reported to determine best course of action.
Work with Support Knowledge Managers to build the team knowledge database.
Work as part of a global team, providing 24 x coverage on a rotating basis on weekdays and weekends.

Lyte Fiber is seeking a highly skilled OSP Engineering Supervisor to be responsible for all aspects of OSP low level fielding, design, permitting, locate registrations, bill of materials, construction drawings and as-built documentation. The Supervisor is responsible for providing the highest level of network reliability through on-time engineering of new and existing OSP fiber to the premise systems. The Supervisor will oversee both in-house and third-party engineering resources and schedules to successfully meet the targeted fiber expansion timelines. The supervisor will ensure projects are within budget allocation and perform a final budget to actual reconciliation. The Supervisor of OSP Engineering must have advanced knowledge of OSP engineering, material, field engineering, OSP experience in both underground and aerial construction practices. The ideal candidate for this role should feel comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with excellent planning and forecasting skills.
Duties and Responsibilities:
OSP Engineering
· Responsible for the low-level engineering designs of all fiber to the premise projects to include fielding, placement, fiber counts, structures and splicing design for all backbone, feeder, distribution segments.
· Low-Level engineering designs will include both underground and aerial engineering utilizing GIS design tools.
· Detailed understanding of survey field notes and sketches to create new or update existing designs using various software platforms.
· Coordinate field technicians on data collection and field surveys. In some cases, self-perform field visits collect data and conduct field surveys.
· Prepare cost estimates and material requirements for projects, manages project financials, and performs financial true-up of projects at close.
· Perform Make-Ready analysis for aerial routes and review/approve Pole Attachment applications.
· Understand permitting requirements and ensure all engineering is completed early for long-lead permits to ensure construction is not delayed.
· Generate bill of materials, splice sheets, and other supporting documentation required for permitting, construction, and record-keeping.
· Continue to optimize the low-level design to lower cost and simplify the drop installation for Lyte Fiber's field technicians.
Planning, Quality Control and Reporting
· Perform review of low-level designs to ensure adherence to Lyte Fiber standards.
· Prepare and review work packages for internal and vendor assignments.
· Provides input on best practices, permit processes, field construction methods, and OSP material solutions.
· Be proactive and forward looking to ensure there is a strong pipeline of FTTH designs in progress & construction ready to absorb unforeseen delays without impacting annual FTTH build targets.
· Develop, strengthen, and expand our inside OSP engineering design capabilities to provide flexibility and less reliance on outsourced vendor partners.
· Report weekly on the number of FTTH passings by status: approved, design, permitting, construction ready.
· Set and manage priorities for contractors and teammates.
· Work with PMO to assist in the preparation of project timelines, provide regular updates on schedule, delays, and what steps may be required to mitigate the delays.
Additional Responsibilities
· Attends various meetings with management, departments, vendors and municipalities to ensure company objectives are met.
· Performs skill assessment of engineers and recommends appropriate training and development.
