Support internal training initiatives aimed at improving productivity, reducing scrap and rework, and enabling new product introduction (NPI).
Continuous Improvement & Cost Management
Identify and implement improvement actions to enhance quality, efficiency, delivery, and cost performance.
Track and analyze KPIs such as test yield, failure trends, turnaround time, and repair effectiveness.
Contribute to cost control initiatives and workforce planning within the Test & FA function.
Compliance, Quality & EHS Responsibilities

Maintain accurate and timely documentation and reporting for test and failure analysis activities.
