What You'll Do
Provide enterprise leadership for the Transmission Line Engineering PMO, setting vision, strategy, and priorities aligned with QISG business objectives.
Establish and maintain engineering governance frameworks, standards, and controls across the full project lifecycle (concept through closeout).
Ensure consistent application of engineering policies, procedures, risk management, and quality systems across all transmission projects.
Serve as a senior advisor to executive leadership on engineering strategy, capacity, risk, and performance.
Oversee a portfolio of transmission line programs and projects, ensuring alignment with schedule, budget, quality, and safety objectives.
Implement portfolio-level performance management, including dashboards, KPIs, and executive reporting.
Drive early identification and mitigation of technical, resourcing, and execution risks across the portfolio.

What You'll Bring
Minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in the electric utility industry, with demonstrated leadership in engineering, program management, and/or management of high-voltage transmission projects across multiple phases and regions.
Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Engineering from an ABET-accredited university required; Master's degree or equivalent graduate education in Engineering, Business, or Project Management strongly preferred.
Professional Engineer (P.E.) license preferred, with the ability to serve as a recognized technical authority and executive engineering leader.
Proven track record of leading large, multidisciplinary engineering organizations and portfolios, delivering complex, high-risk transmission programs safely, on schedule, and within budget.

Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited university
A minimum of 6 years of experience in design engineering in power generation or nuclear power with at least 2 of those years of experience as a group lead or supervisor

Provide technical advice, technical risk assessment and problem resolution in area of functional responsibility
Manage the day-to-day operational activities of the department

Requirements
BS in Engineering or related discipline.
Deep understanding of transmissions, distribution, substations and power systems.
Twelve plus years of engineering design experience with at least 8 years in power delivery.
The ability to balance technical excellence, cost efficiency, and project deadlines.
Experience working with Utilities in Power Delivery

Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering OR PMP Certification and 10 years' applicable experience
Minimum of 6 years' experience in power generation or nuclear industries as an Engineer or Project Manager
Skilled in cost / workhour estimating and proposal development and review
Capable of reporting on and managing scope, schedule, and cost for multiple projects executing simultaneously
Knowledge in earned value management, rules of credit, and progress reporting
Experienced in contract and non-disclosure agreement language development and review
Ability to understand and work with budget and accounting processes

The Engineering Project Manager will provide engineering expertise and technical support throughout the project lifecycle and support field operations, customer account management, procurement, and key stakeholder groups within Quanta. It will report to the Engineering Director and support transmission lines across the QISG platform.
What You'll Do
Strategically collaborate with engineering and operational leadership on technical goals and oversee engineering work.
Act as a technical lead during the conceptual, preliminary engineering, detailed design, construction, and closeout phases of the project lifecycle. This will include customer or jobsite visits as necessary during different phases of a project.
Manage the performance of engineering service providers, including developing and reviewing key performance indicators with senior leadership from the service providers.
Develop and implement engineering controls and quality assurance standards.
Ensure internal technical documentation and standards are upheld to meet company and customer requirements.
Responsible for managing engineering staffing initiatives and planning for resource needs to support customer and department growth.
Lead, mentor, and oversee training strategy for engineering staff.

What You'll Bring
Minimum of 10 years' experience in the electric utility industry performing engineering related duties and/or management for high voltage electrical projects.
