About the Role:

This position will be responsible for developing wafer fabrication process, integration flows, and metrology tools for enabling novel devices to be fabricated. This position will work with the engineering, manufacturing, sales, and marketing teams to ensure that products being developed for our Glass Core Technology (GCT) customers meet performance, design, and price requirements, and they can be further fabricated and integrated into the customers' final products.
Required Skills:

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Global Cyber Defense team at Marsh McLennan. This role can be based in Louisville KY. This is a remote role that work can also work out of any office. As the Manager of the Security Operations Center (SOC), you will lead a team of SOC Analysts and collaborate with global team leads to enhance our security posture and manage ongoing security incidents.
We will count on you to:
* Act as the reporting manager for the United States SOC analysts as well as the reporting manager for all global team leads.
* Provide technical and professional guidance for analysts on your team.
* Analyze network traffic, endpoint security events, and other various log sources to identify threats, assess potential impact, and recommend mitigations.
* Support other security functions and teams to ensure the holistic implementation of security controls, technologies, practices, and programs.
* Maintain an operational knowledge of global threat trends, known threat actors, common tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs), and emerging security technologies.
* Collaborate on Security Operation Center team training opportunities and operate as a subject matter expert on various security topics across multiple domains.
What you need to have:
* Undergraduate degree in Computer Science (CS), Computer Information Systems (CIS), or other related degrees, or equivalent experience.
* 2+ years of people management experience.
* 2+ years of information security experience and/or 2-4 years of experience in security analysis in a non-security focused role.
* Demonstrated experience with security technologies and alerts, such as intrusion prevention and detection systems, web proxies, SIEM, SOAR, EDR, firewalls, and vulnerability scanners.

The applicable base salary range for this role is $140,000 to $280,000.
The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
