**The Role**
The Sr Manager Engineering will lead employees who manage the design, development, and implementation of advanced engineering projects within the Public Sector Solution Integration team. This role will serve as a technical advisor responsible for guiding the architecture and design of solutions that achieve the client's business needs and will be accountable for results, costs, methods, and staffing of the functional area.
**The Main Responsibilities**
-Typically has 6 to 8 direct reports. Establishes and assures adherence to budgets, schedules, work plans, and performance requirements.
-Establishes, implements, and maintains administrative and technical procedures to ensure projects are efficient and effective.
-Involved in developing and improving policies in research, design, planning, and development of new advanced technologies, components, and communication/data transmission.
-Create high-level requirements. Oversee project execution, manage cost, schedule, technical execution of projects for internal and external customers.
-Support Lumen Public Sector internal organizations to develop custom solutions, and/or evaluate PRFP and RFP documents, validate customer requirements to provide a compliant, competitive solution addressing requirements.
-Directly interfaces with Public Sector customers, vendors, subcontractors and internal Lumen cross functional teams.
-Works to evaluate new and emerging technologies in the areas of network, cloud, edge, and security.
**What We Look For in a Candidate**
-Exceptional knowledge in Managed and Professional Services including (but not limited to) SIEM, EDR/XDR, SD-WAN, Vulnerability Assessment, Security Awareness, Cloud Security, Cloud (Private/Public/Hybrid).
-Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (oral, written and presentation).
-Knowledge of various vendor equipment including (but not limited to) Juniper, Cisco, Aruba, Palo-Alto.
-Knowledge of telecommunications equipment, operation, procedures and practices.
-Ability to present customer information on project status in various forms such as MS Power Point briefings, MS Project schedules, MS Visio drawings and MS Excel.
-BS in Telecommunications or equivalent work experience (10 years' experience in telecommunications O&M, installation, and engineering).
-Ability to work in a team environment and demonstrate strong problem-solving skills.
-Excellent organizational skills with the ability to work on multiple opportunities simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications:
-Relevant certifications in Cloud, Security, and Network technologies (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Solution Architect, CCNP, JNCIP).

Compensation and Benefits

Reporting to the Exhibition Manager, The
Lead Exhibition Technical Engineer
works in a unique immersive arts exhibition managing areas of lighting, sound, video, projections, networking, show power, control, automation, interactive game mechanics, computer art installations, and animatronics. This role is responsible for repairs and preventive maintenance of exhibit technology, along with design and development of enhancements to ensure a robust and consistent guest experience within the exhibition. The Exhibition Technology team is tasked with operating and maintaining the exhibition daily, supporting special events, media events and contributing to new exhibit installations.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide leadership for the team in best practices, standard operating procedures, safety related work practices as well as build and create the documentation of custom interactive artwork, objects and installations that seam together sensors, micro-controllers, computers, lights, sound, video, and various electromechanical elements that are part of the exhibition.
This role is charged with coordinating maintenance staff to repair and maintain all show systems at the highest standard of quality and ensuring that documentation for maintenance and inspections are recorded using the Corporate CMMS.
This individual will carry out installations, repairs, and upgrades on technical show equipment and systems, adhering to electrical codes, regulations, and standards.
Manage parts inventory and software backups.
Respond to and resolve any immediately solvable technical problems.
Responsible for the implementation of the expanding goals of the exhibition, including engaging with the design, creative development, programming, systems engineering, mechanical integration, fabrication, and production of new interactive exhibit elements.
Assist in training staff on new systems and end user tools.
Review and document bug reports and tech failure.
Working collaboratively with all Meow Wolf Staff within the exhibition and sister exhibitions to support team building, knowledge transfer and problem solving techniques.
Work independently and in partnership with other exhibit teams to keep the exhibition clean, safe and functional.
Update new media content and programming to exhibit devices and controllers as needed.
Install, replace, connect, configure, and test any electronic devices, parts, tech equipment, computers, etc. as needed.

Goodfellow Corp. is in search of an experienced and versatile electrical engineer to lead our team in the design and production of electrical control panels for crushing, screening, and conveying equipment for the mining and aggregate industries. The ideal candidate will be highly experienced in both electrical engineering and management of a small production shop (3-5 additional electricians/apprentices). The job will require regular hands-on work on the production floor, as well as engineering custom designs and coordinating with sales staff to ensure that customer needs are fulfilled.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage all day-to-day operations of a small panel-building shop with 3-5 additional employees
Oversee the production of a variety of "stock" panel designs. Ensure high levels of productivity and product quality.
Design new and custom 480V electrical panels consisting of breakers, starters, VFDs, PLCs, soft starts, etc., make engineering drawings, and develop Bills of Materials for the manufacturing of those panels.
Design and oversee the production of Motor Control Centers (MCC) - both in stationary and portable applications.
Supervise, train, and mentor a small team with varying levels of experience - from journeyman electricians to electrical apprentices. Work with Human Resources to perform performance reviews, seek and hire new talent, and implement performance improvement plans and disciplinary action.
Work with the Safety Manager to develop and enforce a culture of safety. Ensure that proper safety protocols are established and enforced.
