Strong understanding of electrical and electronic principles, circuit design, and signal integrity. Experience with hardware debugging tools (oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, multimeters, etc.). Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage teams, collaborate cross-functionally, and communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
