This positions standard work schedule is a 9/80. The 9/80 schedule allows employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off.
**You'll Bring These Qualifications:**
+ 8 years of relevant experience with a Bachelors Degree; 6 years with a Masters
+ Must have an active U.S. Government DoD Secret security clearance at time of application, current and within scope, with an ability to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) approval within a reasonable period of time, as determined by the company to meet its business need

Primary Level Salary Range: $126,600.00 - $189,800.00
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. Qualifications
· Read, write, speak and understand English fluently.
· Hotel, institutional, HVAC systems experience of 3-5 years.
· Refrigeration, HVAC certification or journeyman level experience.
· Previous management or supervisory experience of 2-3 years.
· Working knowledge of electrical, mechanical, life safety systems, preventative maintenance systems and all related engineering disciplines.
· Basic computer skills, administrative skills.
· Ability to communicate effectively with public and other employees.
· No employee will pose a direct threat to the health/safety of self or others.
· Meet minimum age requirement of jurisdiction.

Summary: The Maintenance and EngineeringManager will oversee and implement all technical aspects of the facility including oversight of the Maintenance team, development and execution of capital project plans, developing and implementing plant technical standards, creating a vision to achieve world class results, and ensuring effective change management throughout the facility.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES include, but are not limited to the following:
Develop and maintain a 5-year capital plan to further the facilities results in all key KPI's, including Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Retention.
Manage Capex budget annually to ensure projects are developed and implemented on time and budget.
Work with team to develop success criteria for each project and ensure criteria are met throughout implementation. Consistently meet all safety, quality, and performance criteria.
Provide coaching and development for the Maintenance leadership group and ensure technical skills are developed throughout the organization.
Assist in the planning and developing of short- and long-range operational method plans that will position Daily's Premium Meats to capitalize on current and future market conditions with competitive operating cost.
Ensure assets are physically and financially managed. Keep asset list up to date.
Collaborate closely each day with Production and Quality Assurance to resolve technical issues and to ensure efficient operation.
Ensure that all the team members are familiar with and implement Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
Ensure environmental compliance in accordance with local municipalities and government regulatory bodies.
Establish and clearly communicate realistic job requirements for subordinates; provide frequent feedback and review on performance and accurately appraise performance results against communicated expectation.
Identify training needs (both technical and managerial) for direct reports which will result in measurable performance improvements if pursued.
Be familiar with OSHA and FSIS regulations and work with FSIS to receive, evaluate and report to work needed to keep the plant running in accordance with government regulations.
Partner with FSQA to meet SQF requirements, complete projects to maintain compliance with SQF guidelines, and to successfully fulfill all audit requirements.
Supervisory responsibilities include oversight of five direct reports within MRO, Automation, Maintenance Leadership, Facilities, and Maintenance Training.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
