**What You'll Get To Do:**
This position is a dual-hat position requiring the candidate to perform functional management activities as well as program responsibilities. It is expected that the Functional management role will comprise up to 20% of the candidate's time.
**Essential Functions (Engineering):**
+ Lead design decisions and provide technical direction to the On-Board Test Equipment (OBTE) Electrical Design and Integration team.
+ Provide technical direction and support to the hardware, software, and systems engineering teams in the development and documentation of hardware/software interfaces, including electrical harness design, routing, and RF system design. Provide technical oversight and issue resolution for OBTE hardware during development and test.
+ Assist OBTE Management and OBTE Chief Engineer in risk identification and tracking, especially risks associated with Flight Termination and Telemetry.
+ Support fabrication and manufacturing of electrical components for flight testing.

This positions standard work schedule is a 9/80. The 9/80 schedule allows employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off.
**You'll Bring These Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's Degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) with a minimum of 8 years of related experience, or a Master's Degree in STEM with 6 years of related experience

Primary Level Salary Range: $139,100.00 - $208,700.00
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
