    We are currently looking for an Associate Field Technician/Field Technician/Sr. Field Technician for our Columbia, LA office.

    This position is responsible for the operation and maintenance of all pipeline facilities in and around the Columbia area. The successful candidate will be required to comply with all Company, DOT, OSHA, and Environmental rules and regulations. They will be responsible for learning and functioning within our Company OMS process for documenting job functions as required. Occasionally required to perform unscheduled or emergency work. Position will be required to learn all Pipeline ROW Routes and learn to handle all encroachment activities as well as perform in a lead role and direct the actions of others when fully qualified. Position will be required to learn to operate compressor stations, Individual will need to be self-motivated and work with limited supervision and when qualified, participate in the On-Call duties, and respond to call outs as necessary.

    Normal work hours for this position are 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM CST Monday - Friday, however this position is subject to occasional schedule adjustments as needed. The successful candidate for this position will be required to live within 30 miles of the Columbia Station.
    REQUIRED SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND EXPERIENCE:

    Individual must have excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with all levels of personnel, as well as strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills and a strong ability for prioritizing and scheduling multiple tasks.
    Experience with Microsoft programs as well as the ability to read, comprehend, and follow company procedures and manufacture's guidelines.
