Core Responsibilities and Expectations · Reviews YO referral information with Life Coach and information in ER (Extended Reach) database to understand relevant youth needs around financial management from past experience and present circumstances while in YO. · Promotes and gains commitment of youth to participate in the financial literacy training times, sends out regular reminders and works to see young adult participants complete their certification. · Leads and instructs the financial literacy training curriculum over 6-8 separate sessions in an engaging and enthusiastic manner that responds to the needs and learning styles of young adults.
