Essential Functions
Serves as the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) Coordinator, interprets and provides administrative direction to the department's administrators, fiscal administrators, and fiscal staff and agency wide.

About the Role
We are seeking a Financial Analyst to support our compliance efforts for production tax credits under the Inflation Reduction Act (IRA). This role ensures renewable energy projects meet Prevailing Wage and Apprenticeship (PWA) requirements and other IRA labor standards. You will collaborate with subcontractors, internal teams, clients, and auditors to manage documentation, reporting, and data analysis, ensuring tax credit eligibility.
What You'll Do
Apply IRA Prevailing Wage and Apprenticeship requirements for 45Z and other tax credit programs.
Collect, audit, and maintain payroll reports, wage determinations, and apprenticeship documentation.
Serve as the primary compliance liaison with subcontractors and internal teams.
Support tax credit monetization and provide financial analysis.
Review classifications, fringe benefits, and apprentice-to-journey-worker ratios for compliance.
Perform monthly compliance reviews and resolve reporting discrepancies.
Maintain accurate records in internal systems (e.g., UKG).
Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for compliance workflows.
Collaborate to build a team focused on tax credit qualification and compliance.
What You'll Bring
Bachelor's or Associate's degree in a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
1-3 years of analytics or finance experience preferred.
Strong Excel skills, including macros and pivot tables; experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools preferred.
