Summary
Lamb Weston is seeking a self-motivated SeniorFinancialAnalyst - Supply Chain FP&A to provide critical financial support across the supply chain while also serving as a key partner to the ESG and Procurement teams. This role is responsible for accurate, timely and complex financial analysis, costing, and reporting functions, with a primary focus on acting as the corporate liaison for plant manufacturing costing. Key responsibilities include production and cost reconciliations, variance analysis, consolidated plant reporting, forecasting, annual operating plan (AOP), strategic planning, and a contributor to month-end close activities. This position requires presenting analysis and recommendations to management in a fast-paced environment, leading small teams and other ad hoc projects as requested. In addition, the analyst will partner with Procurement to review and analyze actual and forecasted internal and external inflation assumptions, support the evaluation of Procurement project savings, and provide additional support as required. This role is also integral to Lamb Weston's ESG initiatives, providing financial risk mitigation support and managing Washington Carbon Credit reporting, while partnering with cross-functional teams to drive ESG objectives.
Job Description
* Prepare and analyze weekly and monthly manufacturing variances for Lamb Weston production facilities, distributing results to internal staff and management.
* Partner with Procurement, Plant Finance, and Contract Manufacturing teams to develop and maintain accurate costing standards.
* Review costing changes for accuracy and ensure proper documentation to support audit requirements.
* Support management reporting processes, including earnings releases, board presentations, and planning activities.
* Coordinate input into the financial planning system and assist with the consolidation of annual operating and strategic plans. Validate data accuracy and reasonableness with management.
* Serve as a business partner for designated functions on accounting and finance-related matters, assessing business needs, providing comprehensive financial analysis and modeling, identifying risks and opportunities, and communicating issues and results clearly.
* Contribute to month-end and quarter-end close activities, ensuring timely completion of tasks and resolution of unusual items.
* Assist with internal and external audits as needed.
* Develop and deliver periodic metrics, scorecards, and reports.
* Assist in consolidating Supply Chain monthly business review reporting.
* Collaborate with Procurement to review and analyze actual and forecasted internal and external inflation assumptions, support the evaluation of Procurement project savings, and provide additional support as required.
* Support ESG and Sustainability initiatives by providing insights on regulatory requirements and assessing compliance impacts.
* Advise on financial risk mitigation strategies to ensure compliance with carbon regulations while maintaining fiscal responsibility.
* Act as Finance lead for ESG and Global Engineering projects, securing alternative funding opportunities such as grants, incentives, and strategic investments.
* Support special projects and ad hoc financial analysis and reporting as requested.
Basic & Preferred Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field required.
* MBA or CPA/CMA certification is a plus

The PBM Client Billing FinancialAnalyst role requires an ambitious, motivated, and eager individual, looking to work for an industry leading, Fortune 4 company. The position is a part of our Financial Operations department within the Client Billing Team. The individual will be working with a dynamic and skilled group, which manages the revenue-cycle operations for CVS Health's Caremark business. This role is a hybrid between operational ticket queue management via SalesForce Case work and Client specific task management. This will require significant time management, and the ability to flex work hours due to the client's invoice and report cadence. Some of the client tasks will require occasional weekend hours and extended hours on any given day to ensure client tasks are completed in accordance with any applicable SLA tied to the task. The FinancialAnalyst will work with internal partners to document, review, and resolve cycle processing errors. This will include monitoring their own client tasks and supporting the larger PBM Billing Cycle through project work, cycle issue resolution, and other larger initiatives. They will be the first line of support for any issues that may arise for their own tasks and case work and will also work closely with our internal Billing Production Advisors and Finance IT to support, review, and improve our revenue cycle processes. The role does require interfacing with multiple business units, occasionally attending and or conducting conference calls, and establishing good rapport with all internal and external partners.
The candidate should have experience creating work instruction documentation. They need to demonstrate the ability to identify, initiate, and follow through on issues to support projects which align with enterprise objectives. They must also be able to identify process inefficiencies and provide recommendation to management on how to resolve. The individual needs a proven record of working within cross-functional teams which work to identify and resolve issues which have a broad organization impact.
