The analyst will conduct detailed financial analysis and due diligence on potential investments including modeling, sourcing and underwriting acquisitions, market and partner analysis, lease oversight, and support the creation of investment memoranda. The ideal candidate will have strong financial and analytical skills, preferably with prior analyst, broker, or investment experience, and a solid understanding of commercial real estate operations.
