Primary Responsibilities: • Design and manage brand-aligned campaign assets, including but not limited to social media organic and paid graphics and animations, email, programmatic ads, packaging, innovation and in-store signage. • Develop editable template systems and pitch-worthy PowerPoints that local teams can customize while maintaining brand standards. • Partner with the Creative Team Leader to maintain and organize the brand guidelines, asset library, ensuring accessibility and version control across teams. • Assist in brand evolution through thoughtful application of typography, color, imagery, and layout. • Support cross-functional projects and present creative to cross functional partners. • Support the team with photo-editing tasks as needed. • Collaborate with editors and writers to identify visual opportunities and refine presentation. • Work with teams to ensure branding is used consistently in internal and external documents. • Ensure full understanding and awareness of all product information, including characteristics, information and staying informed with the competition and industry trends. Educations/Requirements/Skills: • Bachelor's in design with a focus in Advertising, Communications, or Marketing. • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a design role or a related field. • Fluent in Adobe Suite, Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign and Presentation software power user • Animation skills not required but strongly desired • In-depth knowledge of design principles, branding, and industry trends. • Strong conceptual and visual storytelling skills, with an exceptional portfolio showcasing a range of campaign work. • Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout design. • Ability to balance big-picture creative thinking with hands-on design execution. • Strong project management skills and ability to function as project leader influencing others as well as individual contributor.
