Minimum Education, Training, and/or Experience

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in GraphicDesign, Visual Communications, Fine Arts, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
Proven experience designinggraphics for both print and digital media in a professional environment.
Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud applications (including Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, and Premiere Pro).
Experience using Microsoft PowerPoint to create visually engaging, presentation-ready content.
Demonstrated ability to create infographics, illustrations, animations, and visual assets that explain complex information clearly.
Experience with video graphics, motion design, and animated content for digital platforms and social media.
Knowledge of branding principles and experience applying and maintaining visual identity guidelines.
Familiarity with Section 508 accessibility requirements and inclusive design best practices.
Strong research skills and attention to detail to ensure accuracy in visual representations.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with researchers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.

Follow and advise on agency branding guidelines and visual identity

Qualifications
Required:
Experience managing creative or digital services teams
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud suite of products
Experience creating graphics for federal agencies or similar organizations
