Requirements Bachelor's degree in graphic design or a related field (relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree). 3-5+ years proven experience as a graphic designer, preferably in CPG or bev alc, with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects. Creative agency experience preferred Shopper marketing exposure is a plus Advanced proficiency in design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Experience with 3D rendering tools and developing sizzle videos. Strong knowledge of print production, POS display design, and asset development. Experience proofing/color checking. Experience working within brand guidelines for various brands.Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent time management skills to meet project deadlines. Experience with web design and UI/UX design is a plus.
