WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?
You'll assist with seasonal collections, creating visual centers (VCs) and artwork for 2 apparel collections per season.
You will be responsible for the conceptualizing narratives across multiple collections through Graphic Visual Centers and Presentations. If this is you, you'll be working with Product and Design partners aligning on construction, development, insights, and various presentation gates. A typical day/week consists of working closely with your Design teammates to ensure we're creating the future of Running across organization's Apparel. This can range from brainstorm sessions on creative strategies to meetings designed to review graphics, apparel and color designs to achieve the desired goal.

You will work closely with the Graphic, Product, and Color Design teams, Product Management and Tech Dev teams to help our client create the future of narrative driven graphic design across the Running apparel portfolio.

We are seeking an skilled Production Artist to support high-volume graphic production for global sports apparel. This role requires someone who can deliver flawless, production-ready files, create precise schematics, and manage multiple projects with accuracy and speed in a fast-paced environment.
You will work at the intersection of sport, design, and culture, contributing to both on-athlete uniforms and retail apparel graphics.
Key Responsibilities
Create high-volume graphic schematics, artworks, and laydown pages.
Participate in production art meetings and cross-functional alignment sessions.
Build clear documentation for downstream partners.
Review strike-offs and ensure graphic accuracy through final approval.
Track and maintain updates across all production files.
Leverage 2D and 3D tools to support graphic execution.
Learn new tools, implement workflow improvements, and advocate for efficiencies.
Collaborate closely with design teams to finalize graphics for golf tees and apparel.
Mandatory Skills (Must-Have)
Expert proficiency in Adobe Illustrator & Adobe Creative Suite
Strong graphic design and production art background
Self-starter capable of independently supporting a full design team
Preferred Skills (Nice-to-Have)
Experience with 3D apparel design tools (CLO highly preferred)
Familiarity with Smartsheet, Airtable, and Miro
Strong organizational and detail-oriented mindset
