The Group Creative Director leads the development and creation of work across multiple channels, including print, digital, social and mobile, for a portfolio of clients. Creative deliverables may include but are not limited to articles, thought leadership content, visual storytelling, social media, video, podcasts and email campaigns. This role reports to the Chief Creative Officer and is accountable to senior P&L owners and clients for the quality, effectiveness and success of all creative work. This role also leads the effort to resource and fulfill creative visions through collaboration with the client, in-house team members and freelancers, creating calendars, and advising on processes, workflows and content plans against an evolving client content strategy.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Lead creative teams in the development and execution of multichannel content programs
Supervise any direct reports, which may include editors and art personnel
Ensure content is on brand and aligns with client objectives
Develop content proposals, editorial charters, reports and long-range strategic plans to support the client's objectives
Strategize with sales and marketing team to create platforms for advertiser/marketing partnerships and native ad placements
Attend weekly client status calls and other client calls as required
Attend weekly Pace team status calls and other Pace calls as required
Stay abreast of trends in content marketing and the client's business verticals
Collaborate with strategy and account management teams to ensure all work meets or exceeds client expectations

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in journalism, communications, graphicdesign, English, interactive media or related field.
Experience:
10 years senior-level content development across multiple channels including print, digital, social and mobile. This position requires experience - and proven success - with client-based, branded content-style publishing; content marketing strategy required.
SKILLS:
Strong leadership, written and verbal communication skills, client-presentation and management skills are a must
Must be a creative thinker and innovator with tons of ideas for content and ways to motivate creative thinking in others
Excellent writing and editing skills and the ability to conceptualize articulate and execute an editorial vision
Process design, content program and campaign design for digital, including social and SEO best practices, client
presentations, presentation document writing, copyediting and proofreading; collaboration with strategy, account team members and of course, creatives-art and edit
Experience with various content management systems
Editorial staffing and budget oversight

The salary for this position will range from $125,000-$140,000 depending on experience, education, geographical location, and other factors.

The GraphicDesign and Production Specialist is responsible for all aspects of sign production which includes graphicdesign, file formatting, printing, production, assembling, finishing and installing signs of all types.
In the computer room, this position is responsible for creating computer generated vinyl and/or full color graphics output that can be weeded, cut and applied or printed and mounted to a substrate. This may involve various levels of artistic creativity and will ultimately lead to the complete or modified design from customer drawings, files, or exact output of customer-provided design for output to media.
In the production room, this position is responsible for all aspects of the physical construction and assembling of signs from computer cut vinyl and wide format full color printouts. Sign assembly includes preparing substrates and applying vinyl or other media, mounting and/or laminating prints and operating and setting up the laminator for over-laminating, encapsulation, or mounting of digital imaged products. according to instructions. Proofreading signs and conducting quality assurance to ensure the accuracy of signs is also a responsibility.
A successful FASTSIGNS GraphicDesigner will amongst others things:
Create computer-generated full-color graphics and/or vinyl output that can be printed and mounted to a substrate or weeded, cut and applied
Complete or modify designs from customer drawings, files, or exact output of customer-provided design for output to media
Determine size and arrangement of illustrative material and copy, select style and size of type, and arrange layout based upon available space, aesthetic design, and production requirements.
Inspect jobs for accuracy before sending them to output. Ensure correct material is used for each job and output device settings are accurate
Maintain customer logo library; convert graphic files
Ideal Qualifications for FASTSIGNS GraphicDesigner:
1-2 years of graphicdesign experience or experience using Adobe Illustrator is required.
A High school diploma or GED, good basic math skills.

The Department of GraphicDesign and Industrial Design is accepting applications for part-time non-tenure-track faculty appointments for one-semester, one-year, two-year, or three-year appointments, with the possibility of renewal. Positions encompass the following, with rank to be determined based on education and professional experience: Lecturer, Senior Lecturer, Assistant Teaching Professor, Associate Teaching Professor, or Teaching Professor.
Specific teaching opportunities include studios at all levels, including advanced comprehensive studios and/or special topic seminar courses.

Qualifications
Minimum Education and Experience
Master of GraphicDesign, Master of Experience Design, or Industrial Design accredited professional degree with professional practice in GraphicDesign, Experience Design, or Industrial Design, an equivalent degree, or equivalent professional experience.

Terminal degree in a field relevant to the specific area of instruction (i.e. graphicdesign, experience design, industrial design) with professional practice in that related field.

This role will support the Graphics department in various aspects of Design and Production related responsibilities as it relates to the printables business at Kontoor. This position will gain exposure to our brands while learning the design process, workflow and skills required to contribute to the success of our graphics program within Kontoor.
