Job Summary
The Junior GraphicDesigner will support the Director of Design in creating point of sale materials and marketing assets that increase visibility for the company's brand portfolio. This role will focus heavily on developing digital content for the social media and e-commerce teams, including social posts, animations, email campaigns, digital advertisements, website updates, and more. The designer will also assist in producing point of sale materials and merchandise across all Stateside brands. Strong graphicdesign skills are essential. A marketing background is a plus.
Key Responsibilities
Contribute to the ideation and execution of animated videos and social media posts.
Design compelling email blasts to support online sales.
Retouch and edit raw images as needed.
Update and maintain website content, ensuring all images and product information remain current.
Source trendy apparel and merchandise for the online Merch Page and POS portal used by distributors and sales representatives.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in graphicdesign, Digital Art, or a related field.
Advanced in Adobe Creative Suite. Including…
Illustrator: Proficient in vector graphics and illustration.
Photoshop: Expertise in photo editing and design.
After Effects: Skilled in creating dynamic animations and visual effects.
Premiere Pro: Knowledge of video editing is a plus.
3D Software: Experienced in using a 3D program for rendering and modeling is a plus.
Solid grasp of design fundamentals, including composition, color theory, hierarchy and typography.
Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Ability to stay updated on current trends and popular design aesthetics in the market.
Compensation
Estimated Base Salary Range: $50,000-55,000 USD.
Individual compensation packages are based on various factors unique to each candidate, including skill set, experience, and qualifications.
The salary range refers to base salary only and is not inclusive of the total compensation package.
