The Preconstruction, Virtual Design and Construction Lead Designer's is two parts the first role is to work closely with our in-house or outside partner's VDC Team to ensure Comfort Systems USA Southwest (CSUSA-SW) standard practices are fully incorporated into the mechanical and/or plumbing systems designs to the extent allowed by the project requirements. The Preconstruction, Virtual Design and Construction Lead Designer's is two parts the first role is to work closely with our in-house or outside partner's VDC Team to ensure Comfort Systems USA Southwest (CSUSA-SW) standard practices are fully incorporated into the mechanical and/or plumbing systems designs to the extent allowed by the project requirements. The second part is to model and interpret the design intent into a constructable building. The following includes, but are not limited to, the essential duties and responsibilities of this position.
