The Global Client Group (GCG) is Dimensional's distribution arm, comprising sales channels that target a diverse client set. The Regional Director and Senior Manager role oversees CRG functions in the Austin office. The Senior Manager role is heavily involved in client service efforts, hiring decisions, onboarding, training, talent development, manager support, and performance evaluation. This unique leadership position offers the opportunity to collaborate with senior stakeholders across the firm and support the client and employee experience in a meaningful way.

Responsibilities:

* Identify, develop and implement processes or methodologies that improve service to our clients
* Set an example for the team and own communication of new information, processes or updates
* Lead and support managers through all aspects of management responsibilities

Qualifications

Required

+ Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field

+ 8+ years' experience in federal tax compliance, federal tax accounting and provisions, tax analysis, and tax research

+ One of the following accreditations obtained:

+ Licensed CPA in state of practice/primary office if eligible to sit for the CPA

+ If not CPA eligible:
