Job Responsibilities:

Explaining services by performing community outreach. They will educate clients, hospital staff, physicians, and community stakeholders on Home Care Services and the admission process.
Promotes and restores patients' health by completing the nursing process, collaborating with physicians and multidisciplinary team members, providing physical and psychological support to patients, their families, and friends, and supervising assigned team members.
Confer with the RN supervisor regarding any necessary changes to the Plan of Treatment/Care.
Provide nursing assessments and patient education.
Treat wounds, change wound dressings, give injections, and administer enemas.
Collect specimens from patients.
Administers medications and sets up medication dispensers.
Measures and records vital signs.
Reports and observed changes in patient conditions to the Director of Nursing.

Job Description:
The Accountant assists in preparing statements that follow all regulatory and accounting guidelines under the supervision of the Executive Leadership. Ensure the smooth operation of day-to-day financial functions, such as accounting and payroll.
Processing and managing invoices, and supporting the accounts payable and receivable functions.
Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports
Assist with the organization's fiscal activities, including budgeting, reporting, and auditing.
Works with the team to ensure financing to support short- and long-term goals.
Perform account bookkeeping, reconciliations, and ensure the accuracy of financial data
Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes
Assist with the interpretation of financial reports and provide analysis to management
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial data and support decision-making processes
Participate in the month-end close process and ensure all deadlines are met
Contribute to the development and implementation of internal controls
Support the payroll department and ensure timely and accurate processing
Review time sheets, work charts, wage computations, and other information to detect and reconcile payroll discrepancies.
Process quarterly payroll taxes in accordance with applicable Federal and State regulations
Experience:
- Associate or bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field
- Strong knowledge of financial concepts, including budgeting, financial analysis, payroll, payroll taxes and financial report interpretation
-Familiarity with account reconciliation and GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles)
- Familiarity with CYMA accounting software is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in work
