Technical Proficiency: Strong command of HCM Security, Approvals, Reporting (OTBI/BI Publisher), HCM Extracts, and HCM Data Loader (HDL). Leadership & Soft Skills: Executive Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level presentation capabilities.
