Job Duties: This is a post-sales position that focuses on individual clients and implementing Edifecs' Encounter Management solutions purchased by that client. The Sr. Implementation Consultant, Encounter Management is involved in installing, configuring, and overseeing the implementation of Edifecs' Encounter Management product at client sites, including installation of products on client hardware; configuration and development of programs, tasks and guidelines; and trading partner setup to fully implement the Edifecs solution.   • 4 years of experience using software life-cycle methodologies such as waterfall, agile-scrum in developing products and IT applications;

  • 3 years of experience with Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) mapping, and EDI analysis.

Job Description

Within the SS&C Institutional & Investment Management (I&IM) division, the Professional Services team provides Project Management, Implementations, Operations Reviews, Interfaces Specifications and Reporting services. The Professional Services team is searching for an experienced Senior Implementation Consultant.

Position Overview:

Consistently provide accurate, cost-effective and reliable implementations of SS&C suite of products and services, including investment accounting platforms for both SS&C Hosted and Licensed Clients. Responsible for providing information and support to clients through the complete life cycle of implementation phases. Provides internal updates and escalates issues as needed. Prepares for and leads Client status calls and responds and troubleshoots problems.

Responsibilities:

+ Successfully implement the investment accounting platforms and complimentary SS&C solutions to support operations and accounting for asset managers, insurance companies, pension funds, hedge funds and REIT clients

+ Drafts and tracks to implementation project plan tasks and budget

+ Maintain relationship with various clients, including leading operations reviews, implementations processes, process improvements, project management functions and vendor review meetings

+ During the roll forward and catchup phases of the implementation process, you are responsible for ensuring monthly and quarterly deliverables are delivered timely and accurately to clients, including transaction processing, accounting reconciliations, general ledger, profit and loss, compliance and performance reporting

+ Perform business analysis, new requirements, workflow, and operational reviews.

+ Assist with researching complex account issues

+ Develop and implement consistent implementation processes and procedures for clients

+ Lead other project resources

Experience & Training:

+ 5+ years investment accounting implementations, Investment Accounting experience or Accounting firm experience including experience with STAT accounting principles

+ Strong experience with Fixed Income products, Common Stock, Derivative products, including Options, Futures, Swaps, FX trades and Commercial Loans.

+ Experience on implementation issue resolution

+ Proven ability to meet deliverables

**This Opportunity**

WSP is currently initiating a search for a **Senior Implementation Specialist** to work remotely supporting **Golder's Digital Solutions Team** . Working with a wide range of internal and external clients in various industries, the Senior Implementation Specialist will solve complex requirements, lead technical project teams, and develop designs for Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) Software solutions. The Senior Implementation Consultant will identify new opportunities, develop proposals, implement software solutions, and represent Golder Digital Solutions at external events, amongst other activities to ensure that we provide quality solutions to meet our clients' EHS Software needs.

**Your Impact**

+ Interact with customers using a variety of means to obtain technical details required for configuration

+ Interpret customer compliance requirements and business processes in sufficient detail to develop technical specifications for configuration
