Summary:
This position is responsible for preparing and reviewing the Medicare and Medicaid cost reports for all OhioHealth entities.
• This position will be responsible for ensuring the appropriate governmental (Medicare and Medicaid) reimbursement is received for OhioHealth.
• This position is primarily responsible for the proactive calculations and modeling of new regulatory changes and impacts as well as variance analysis of third-party liability accounts. Provides supporting work papers and documentation for third-party inquires.
• This position has supervisory oversight of the Reimbursement Analyst daily work schedule including flow of information, teaching of reimbursement fundamentals and principals, review of work and setting daily priorities.
• This positon supports the Director of Revenue and Reimbursement and Manager of Reimbursement with many special analysis throughout the year associated with revenue cycle, charge analysis, regulatory and financial reporting.
• The Senior Reimbursement Consultant will be a subject matter expert in the following areas, S-10, Wage Index, Bad Debts, Medicare Audits, Disproportionate Share, Indirect Medical Education, Graduate Medical Education, and Governmental Logs, (HCAP, UPL and Franchise Fee programs in the state of Ohio) as well as special projects as assigned.
• Extensive knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid cost reporting and reimbursement and remaining up to date with all regulatory requirements, both federal and state is required.
• The Reimbursement Consultant position leads, advises and consults various reimbursement financial projects, as well as special projects throughout the year and needs to be able to delegate direct reports assigned to the project or process while staying connected to both the pertinent details as well as the high level strategic purpose.
• The Senior Reimbursement Consultant is required to use extensive interpersonal skills in communicating with all management levels at OhioHealth.
• This role functions in a heavily matrixed environment and requires strong prioritization, communication and planning skills.
Responsibilities And Duties:
Consulting and oversite of key areas at OhioHealth in the central Ohio facilities as well as non-central Ohio facilities in the reimbursement functions.
Knowledge in the following areas:
Reimbursement functions:
Subject matter expert on CMS cost reporting, disproportionate share (DSH), Uncompensated Care, Bad debt reporting, IME/GME, Medicare Wage Index, S-10 reporting, Tricare and 855's, Ohio Medicaid, HCAP, UPL and Franchise Fee programs. Knowledge of Acute Care Hospitals, Critical Access Hospitals, Sole Community Hospitals and Rural Health Clinics. Knowledge of reimbursement in specialty areas such psych, inpatient rehabilitation units, Home Health and Hospice. Projects as assigned by Director of Revenue and Reimbursement and Manager of Reimbursement. Provide Director of Revenue and Reimbursement and Manager with updates. CGS audits and auditors Working with our legal vendor for Medicare Appeals. Working with OHA and CBSA facilities on wage index opportunities Special projects / analysis as assigned by the Director of Revenue and Reimbursement and Manager of Reimbursement.

OBJECTIVES/PURPOSE
The BioLife Forecasting, Pricing & Analytics (FPA) team within the Plasma-Derived Therapies (PDT) business unit at Takeda is seeking a Senior Pricing Analyst. This role is critical for the FPA team, as it combines technical expertise with strategic insight to inform business financial decisions. You will have the autonomy to own analyses end-to-end, from source data to strategic recommendations, and the opportunity to engage with senior leadership and cross-functional teams, driving data-based decision-making across the organization. It reports to the Associate Director, Pricing, and Business AI Lead at BioLife.
ACCOUNTABILITIES
Data Analysis & Decision-Making: Leverage strong analytical and quantitative skills to connect raw data across sources, uncover patterns, and deliver insights that directly shape business decisions.
Performance Analytics: Assess pricing performance to identify key drivers, risks, and opportunities across centers, fee levels, and donor groups.
Statistical Analytics: Contribute to pricing and forecasting projects through advanced data analysis, process automation, A/B testing, and the creation of clear, actionable visualizations.
Machine Learning Solutions: Translate complex data challenges into machine learning models (e.g., supervised learning, unsupervised learning, predictive retention, segmentation, elasticity) that enhance business operations and plasma donor insights.
Experimentation & Standards: Own the experimentation lifecycle from design to analysis, validating opportunities and scaling winning strategies. Elevate team capabilities by setting best practices in analytics, code quality, and data storytelling.

$86,500.00 - $135,960.00

About the Role:
As an Senior Implementation Consultant at Fieldguide, you will be an integral member of our go-to-market team, working directly with our Customer Success and greater Go-To-Market teams to make significant impacts on our customer's adoption of our platform.
Reporting into our Head of Solutions, you will provide new Fieldguide customers with seamless onboarding experiences built to maximize our customers' return on investment quickly. Strong business acumen and understanding of accounting principles, financial statements, and operational workflows across industries such as distribution, manufacturing, construction, or services.
Demonstrated ability to analyze and solve complex business challenges with technology-driven solutions.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint). Experience with SQL or data querying a plus.
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage competing priorities independently.
Experience and Education
3+ years of experience implementing, consulting on, or supporting Acumatica ERP.
Prior experience in business management, consulting, or operations leadership strongly preferred.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
Current Acumatica Certified Business Consultant credential; additional certifications are a plus.
