Full Job Description:
Implement, Manage and Administer Internal and Client Plans and Programs for: Information Security Policy, Security Awareness Training, Acceptable Use Policies, Change Management Policy & Procedures, Patch Management Policy & Procedures, Cyber Security Incident Response Plans & Policies, Business Continuity / Disaster Recovery Plans & Policies.
Full Security Stack Management including SOC, SIEM, Full Security Stack, Firewalls, Endpoint Security, XDR, MDR
Maintaining, executing, and overseeing the execution of SLAs, Security contracts and service order deliverables.
Evaluation, Planning, Implementation of New Security Stack Components.
Ongoing Endpoint Security Platforms administration and optimization.
Security Best Practices, Staff Training and Administration in contract and service deliverable areas.
Perform Client Security Audits, Assessments, Responses, and assist clients in achieving Regulatory Compliance goals.
Experience with Sentinel One and Webroot security products a plus
Experience with Rocketcyber and Blackpoint a plus.
Multi-tenant Microsoft 365 Cloud Service and Security Center Management
Security SOC Services Administration and Engineering
Veeam Backup & Recovery Platform Design, Administration & Optimization
Penetration testing, vulnerability management and remediation
Overall Security Technology Architecting/Design & Delivery Planning
Complete all related Scopes of Work, Plans, BOMs, Executive Summaries and Project Plans
Level 2/3 Technical Services Escalations
Level 3 Client-facing consulting, calls, issue resolution, and support.
