Specific Responsibilities

AI & Automation Enablement
Explore and implement AI tools that improve IT efficiency and service delivery.
Partner with business units to identify AI opportunities in workflows, reporting, and support automation.
Establish KPIs to measure AI adoption and impact on performance or cost reduction.
Vendor & Subscription Management
Manage vendor relationships, contracts, SLAs, and escalations for ISPs, managed services, cloud platforms, and enterprise applications.
Oversee licensing and subscription compliance for Microsoft, Adobe Creative Cloud, SQL Server, Windows Server, and more.
Ensure timely support renewals for Meraki, Palo Alto, and other OEMs.
Procurement & Budget Alignment

Requirements / Competencies
Minimum 10 years of IT experience with at least 5 in IT operations or infrastructure leadership.

Job Duties:
Oversee, direct, and be able to project (know what is going on) electrical Data Center & Mission Critical projects from beginning to end
Supervise a team in day-to-day administration of project
Read and understand weekly labor reports, project and influence field labor
Wants to learn SASCO forms, systems, reports, means and methods, and “rules” at SASCO
Build long-term customer relationships by consistently meeting expectations and offering innovative solutions
As these projects are located across the United States, travel may be required.
Preferred Job Requirements:
10+ yrs Electrical Project Management - hard bid & design build commercial electrical projects
Large Data Center or Mission Critical project experience required
Extensive knowledge of electrical systems and how these systems are effectively used
Estimating experience, Accubid preferred
Strong labor management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently as well as team environment
Ability to present in a professional manner and represent the company image
