As a Senior Project Manager in Procurement, you will work with Inverto North America clients to develop and implement strategies to create value and impact for our clients. What You'll Bring
6+ years of relevant professional experience in procurement, supply chain management, operations or consulting

YOU'LL BE BASED IN: This role is currently open in Chicago and Atlanta.
YOU'LL BE TRAVELING: Moderate travel is anticipated and will vary based on specific project locations.
FOR U.S. APPLICANTS: The first-year base compensation for this role starts at $210,000. In addition to your base salary, you will also be eligible for an annual discretionary performance bonus and BCG's Profit Sharing and Retirement Fund (PSRF) contribution. Oversee the overall administration of the Clean Water State Revolving Fund (CWSRF) programs.
Monitor trends related to national, state, and local water quality and infrastructure issues.
Lead the preparation and submission of annual grant applications and Intended Use Plans (IUPs) to the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA).
Oversee the development and submission of state and federal annual reports.
Ensure high performance in key areas including customer service, timely and accurate processing of applications, loan and grant development, site inspections, and disbursement reviews.
Contribute to division budgeting, strategic planning, and financial management processes.
Outreach
Provide outreach and technical assistance to local governments, water systems, consulting engineers, and contractors.
Present at public meetings, conferences, and workshops on topics related to water infrastructure financing.
Represent GEFA in program-related communications with federal, state, and local government agencies, consulting firms, contractors, nonprofit organizations, and other partners.
Travel is mandatory and averages 25 percent.

Minimum Qualifications (Position Specific)
Completion of an undergraduate degree from an accredited four-year college or university in a related field
Four years of related work experience in program management, water infrastructure, environmental policy, or finance.

Preferred Qualifications (Position Specific)

Ten or more years of related work experience in the water or environmental sector
Three or more years of supervisory experience
Experience with managing state revolving fund loan programs for water infrastructure or managing GEFA-funded projects
Experience planning, designing, and/or managing wastewater, stormwater, and/or nonpoint source pollution programs or systems
An advanced degree in a relevant field of study
Experience with federal grants and funding

SALARY RANGE: $97,000 - $112,000

ROLE PURPOSE:
The Business Solutions Manager is a highly visible and hands-on IT leadership role, charged with advancing the company's core business applications and integrations. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Collaborate with business partners to understand needs, identify gaps, and translate requirements into functional specifications for ERP, WMS, PLM, and other business systems.

Oversee the integration strategy within the application environment and connected systems including EDI (SPS Commerce).
Manage relationships with software vendors and systems integrators.
Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to application performance, user adoption, and system effectiveness and stability.
Serve as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor on business systems and process optimization.

COMPENSATION
Compensation for this position will include a competitive base salary ($118,800 - $146,300) and an Annual Target Bonus opportunity, details provided separately.

Requirements
SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
At least 6 years of experience in an IT environment managing and evolving core business applications and leading cross-functional projects, within CPG or retail. Proven leadership with ERP, WMS, and PLM systems, and familiarity with NetSuite ERP and Oracle PLM, is preferred.
