About the Role
The Service Delivery Manager ensures our services are delivered smoothly, consistently, and with genuine care. You'll lead our delivery teams as you guide customers through technical engagements, shaping the processes that keep operations running at a high level.
The Service Delivery Manager is an in-house, on-site role with SureLock. Residing within 25 miles of Buford, GA or the following areas is highly preferred: Lawrenceville, Duluth, Gainsville, etc.
This role is all about aligning people, priorities, communication, and expectations so every customer interaction is seamless and every project lands exactly as expected.

What You'll Bring
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field (Master's a plus) or equivalent experience.
Experience successfully leading delivery or professional services teams in a fast-paced IT services environment
Demonstrated experience delivering technical infrastructure projects, including network and data center implementations, from planning through close-out.
Strong background in enterprise networking, including wired switching/routing and wireless architectures (Aruba, Cisco, Mist, or equivalent platforms).
Proficiency with server, virtualization, and hyper-converged environments such as VMware, Nutanix, or similar technologies.
Working knowledge of enterprise security technologies, including firewalls, VPNs, authentication systems, and best practices for securing network and server environments.
Experience managing IT service operations, including help desk teams, ticket workflows, escalations, and adherence to SLAs.
A leadership style that drives accountability and clear communication
Demonstrated ability to develop, foster, and maintain strong customer relationships
A track record of managing complex technology projects with clarity and consistency
PMP or similar certification is a plus.
Existing relationships in the channel services community are a bonus but not required.

ROLE PURPOSE:
The Business Solutions Manager is a highly visible and hands-on IT leadership role, charged with advancing the company's core business applications and integrations. This position offers the chance to have an immediate impact and influence the evolution of multiple platforms-including ERP, WMS, Supply Chain, and our newly launched PLM system-by identifying opportunities to innovate, streamline processes, and maximize business impact. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Collaborate with business partners to understand needs, identify gaps, and translate requirements into functional specifications for ERP, WMS, PLM, and other business systems.
Define, lead and manage projects to implement system enhancements and new tools and enterprise solutions to improve business outcomes.
Bring an entrepreneurial and partnership approach to identify and champion automation opportunities and reduce manual processes.
Evolve Data and Analytics and Reporting capabilities for business areas including Finance and Operations by proactively identifying reporting needs, overseeing the creation and delivery of actionable reports and dashboards, and driving awareness and adoption. Empower business users to leverage data and reporting tools independently where appropriate.
Build on the existing master data management strategy to add structure and increase governance and accountability to achieve higher data quality and consistency.
Create and maintain application roadmaps and communicate and evangelize plans across the organization.
Oversee the integration strategy within the application environment and connected systems including EDI (SPS Commerce).
Manage relationships with software vendors and systems integrators.
Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to application performance, user adoption, and system effectiveness and stability.
Serve as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor on business systems and process optimization.
Influence without authority to drive alignment and adoption across teams.
Ensure day-to-day support and stability of business applications meets organizational needs.
Ensure process and systems documentation is maintained.
Lead and mentor a team of business application specialists.

COMPENSATION
Compensation for this position will include a competitive base salary ($118,800 - $146,300) and an Annual Target Bonus opportunity, details provided separately.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Advisory & Planning
· Partner with clients to align Atlassian tool usage with organizational objectives.
· Develop and maintain a strategic backlog of improvements, roadmap initiatives, and optimization opportunities.
· Provide executive-level reporting and recommendations to drive ROI and efficiency.
Atlassian Ecosystem Expertise
· Serve as the primary subject matter expert across Jira Software, Jira Service Management,
· Confluence, and Atlassian Marketplace apps.
· Evaluate and recommend new features, apps, and integrations aligned with client goals.
· Stay current with Atlassian product updates, feature releases, and governance best practices.
Process Optimization & Governance
· Identify inefficiencies and process gaps within existing Atlassian environments.
· Design scalable configurations, workflows, and permission schemes to improve
· performance and maintainability.
· Establish governance and standards that ensure consistency and risk reduction across teams.
Stakeholder Engagement
· Work directly with executives, team leads, and administrators to translate business needs
· into technical and process solutions.
· Attend key meetings, prepare presentations, and assist in change management and communication planning.
Vendor and App Management
· Guide clients in app evaluation, licensing optimization, and vendor management decisions.
· Support demos, proofs of concept, and integration initiatives.
Qualifications
Required
· 5+ years of experience working with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, Service Management, etc.)
· Demonstrated experience in Atlassian solution design, administration, or consulting.
· Strong understanding of Agile, ITSM, and DevOps frameworks.
· Excellent communication, presentation, and client relationship skills.
· Proven ability to lead workshops and stakeholder discussions.
Preferred
· Atlassian certifications (ACP, ACP-Cloud, Jira Administration, etc.)
· Experience with large-scale Atlassian Cloud and/or Data Center migrations.
· Familiarity with scripting, automation, or integration tools (e.g., ScriptRunner, Automation for Jira, REST APIs).
