Where do YOU fit in?
The Assistant Service Delivery Manager (ASDM) is responsible for keeping the Service Delivery team on a challenging schedule during the growing seasons while gathering information for the potential rehabilitation and/or repair of stormwater wetlands, biofiltration systems, proprietary underground storage units, and drainage conveyance infrastructures utilizing Best Management Practices (BMP) for Stormwater Control Measures (SCM).
Specific duties include:
Assist leading a team of watershed management Service Technicians in maintaining and improving storm drainage systems to mitigate flooding and erosion
Identifying and documenting stormwater drainage issues needing repair
Operating and maintaining company equipment which includes a pick-up truck & trailer
Completing maintenance & inspection reports and tracking crew expenses
Coordinating hotel arrangements for the team when overnight travel is required
Conducting brief but regular safety trainings
Position Requirements
Basic requirements:
Background check and drug test are part of the pre-employment process
Ability to acquire and maintain a DOT Health Card;
Ability to maintain insurable status under the company's auto policy
Possess an analytical approach to stormwater drainage management
Proficient with mobile technology (i.e. iPads, Laptops, Email, etc.)
The ASDM must be willing to travel and be away from home 4-5 days per week

Job Summary
The Telecommunication Project Manager (Towers & Wireless) is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing wireless infrastructure projects, including tower construction, upgrades, rooftop installs, and small cell deployments. Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning & Execution
Develop and oversee project plans for the construction, modification, or maintenance of macro towers, rooftops, and small cell infrastructure.

We are seeking a highly qualified IT Manager to lead our team of developers in creating advanced applications utilizing Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), and Generative AI (GenAI). The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of the development process, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, innovative solutions that align with our business objectives.
What You Will Do:
Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of developers, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
Project Management: Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and resources to ensure successful project completion.
Technical Guidance: Provide expert technical guidance on AI, ML, and GenAI technologies and methodologies.
Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality and performance of developed applications through rigorous testing and validation.
Stakeholder Communication: Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand requirements and present project updates.
Continuous Improvement: Promote continuous learning and improvement within the team, staying abreast of industry trends.
What You Have:
Education: Bachelor's OR Master's degree in Computer Science, InformationTechnology, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in leading people from application development with a focus on AI, ML, and/or GenAI application development.
Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of AI, ML, and GenAI technologies, frameworks, and tools.
Leadership Skills: Proven experience in leading and managing a team of developers.
Project Management: Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Summary Pay Range:
$144,960.00 - $217,320.00
