Summary
The Sr Manager, Salesforce Delivery is responsible for end-to-end delivery oversight of Salesforce initiatives across the full software development lifecycle (SDLC). This role provides direct people leadership for Salesforce development resources and partners closely with a Managed Services provider to enable scalable delivery capacity. The Delivery Manager ensures disciplined execution, predictable outcomes, and adherence to delivery, quality, and architectural standards across both Agile and Waterfall delivery models.
Job Description
Provide direct people management for Salesforce developers and delivery resources, including performance management, coaching, and professional development
Own delivery execution across the full SDLC for Salesforce initiatives, from delivery planning through release and stabilization
Establish and enforce delivery standards, sprint discipline, and quality controls for Salesforce development
Develop and manage integrated delivery plans, timelines, and milestones across multiple initiatives
Ensure delivery commitments are met through planful execution, dependency management, and proactive risk mitigation
Partner with Product Leads to ensure work entering delivery is clearly defined, prioritized, and delivery-ready

Oversee release planning and deployment coordination across environments
Track delivery performance metrics and drive continuous improvement in velocity, predictability, and quality

+ 3+ years working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
+ 3+ years' experience implementing best practices in observability, monitoring, chaos engineering, incident/problem management, and performance optimization.
+ 3+ years' experience of network security, firewalls, virtualization, and remote access.
+ 3+ years' of experience in change validation, post-deployment verification, and defining success criteria.

**Pay Range**
The typical pay range for this role is:
$106,605.00 - $284,280.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company's equity award program.
