The ITS Project Manager plays a critical role in leading the implementation of large, complex enterprise technology projects.
Position Overview
Seeking a seasoned IT Project Manager to join the Enterprise Solution Delivery PMO. The ideal candidate brings extensive experience managing complex, multi‑faceted IT initiatives and is skilled in Agile delivery methodologies. This role requires a proactive leader capable of managing multiple assignments, driving results, and aligning technology solutions with strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the full lifecycle of IT projects, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closing.
Oversee multiple concurrent projects while ensuring alignment with organizational priorities, timelines, and budgets.
Coordinate cross-functional teams, including IT, academic departments, vendors, and external partners.
Develop detailed project plans, manage scope, and monitor performance to achieve defined goals.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing clear and consistent updates on progress, risks, and issues.
Identify and mitigate risks, manage change, and resolve conflicts to maintain project momentum.
Maintain a strong focus on delivering high‑quality outcomes within project constraints.
Provide leadership, guidance, and support to project team members, fostering a collaborative and productive environment.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in InformationTechnology, Project Management, or a related field (Master's preferred).
5-7 years of project management experience, ideally within a large, complex organization.
Preferred certifications: PMP, CAPM, PgMP, CSM, SAFe, or other relevant credentials.
Experience Required
5-7 years of relevant professional experience.
Minimum 5 years of demonstrated IT project management experience.
Hands-on experience executing projects within the Scaled Agile (SAFe) framework.
Experience with Google Suite, Azure DevOps, and ServiceNow preferred.
Proven ability to manage multiple assignments and adapt to shifting priorities.
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management capabilities.

Must be proficient with a variety of computer systems (ERP systems, AutoCAD, Microsoft Office Suite and project management software)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and effective written and verbal communication skills.
Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Able to travel up to 30% both nationally and internationally
