Act as a workstream lead across all aspects of a ServiceNow ITSM project and solution delivery including but not limited to design, configuration/development, testing and deployment phases
Ability to manage and mentor a multi-disciplinary team of 3-5 resources including offshore resources (e.g., consultants, developers, and testers)
Provide guidance and industry leading practice expertise for ServiceNow ITSM process implementations, including how specific business objectives can be met through process and technology transformation
Ability to analyze a company's people, process, and technology capabilities, provide leading practice recommendations and contribute insights to strategic roadmaps
Ability to advise on the connectivity of the CMDB and IT Operations Management (ITOM) to ITSM processes
Ability to lead client process and design sessions and facilitate requirements workshops with functional and/or business process area subject matter resources
Experience in waterfall and agile delivery models - including supporting management activities such as planning, status reporting, budgets and risk and issue logs
Ability to create high quality deliverables and project artifacts
To qualify for the role, you must have
A bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Engineering or similar discipline
Typically, no less than 2 - 4 years relevant ServiceNow ITSM project experience
ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator (CSA) or Certified Application Developer (CAD)
Minimum of 1 of the following ServiceNow certifications:
ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - ITSM
3+ years of Big 4 or equivalent consulting experience
Excellent soft skills - communication (written/verbal), adaptability, problem solving, teamwork, relationship building, dependability, and organization
Experience leading teams and supervising others
A driver's license valid in the U.S.
Ability to travel to meet client needs
Ideally, you'll also have
ServiceNow Certified Master Architect (CMA) or Certified Technical Architect (CTA)
Performance analytics and reporting experience - certifications are a plus

The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $102,500 to $187,900. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $122,900 to $213,400. Work Environment
As an IT, you are primarily stationed aboard ships at sea, while you'll serve aboard submarines as an ITS. You will also receive shore assignments. Your typical work environment will be a clean, climate-controlled indoor space used to house electronic equipment or computers.
Training & Advancement
Upon completion of initial training at Recruit Training Command Great Lakes (known as Boot Camp), both ITS and ITs report for specialized training, including:
Class A Technical School (24 weeks) in Pensacola, FL (for ITs) or Groton, CT (for ITSs) for training on Microsoft, Cisco and Oracle computer software and hardware fundamentals, automatic data processing, security, and system theory and operation.
After A School, Information Systems Technician Submarines (ITS) will also attend submarine training:
Basic Enlisted Submarine School (8 weeks) in Groton, CT, for training in basic submarine systems. Note that this training is only for Information Systems Technician Submarines (ITS).
After completing training, ITs and ITSs will receive their first assignments. ITs may be assigned to a ship, communication station or shore station, while ITSs may be assigned to a submarine, communication station or shore station. Promotion opportunities are regularly available but competitive and based on performance.
Advanced Training
Advanced training as an Information Systems Technician may be available during later stages of your career. For those with further leadership aspirations and a college degree, Officer roles may be available, providing opportunities to lead and train others.
Post-Service Opportunities
Specialized training received and work experience gained in the course of service can lead to valuable credentialing and occupational opportunities in related fields in the civilian world, such as IT and network support, computer programming, web development, and information security.
Education Opportunities
Beyond offering access to professional credentials and certifications, Navy technical and operational training as an Information Systems Technician can translate to credit hours toward a bachelor's or associate degree through the American Council on Education.
You may also continue your education through undergraduate degree opportunities like the Navy College Program and Tuition Assistance and the Post-9/11 GI Bill.
Qualifications & Requirements
A high-school diploma or equivalent is required to become an Enlisted Sailor and an Information Systems Technician.
Due to the sensitive nature of this role, you must be a U.S. citizen eligible for a Top Secret security clearance, which requires a background investigation. Immediate family members must also be U.S. citizens.
IT and ITS applicants should have good arithmetic, writing and speaking skills, and should be able to use and understand computers. You should also be able to perform detailed work, keep accurate records and work well with others as part of a team. Important physical attributes include good manual dexterity and physical strength.
ITS applicants must be willing to serve aboard submarines.
General qualifications may vary depending upon whether you're currently serving , whether you've served before or whether you've never served before .
Part-Time Opportunities
Serving part-time as a Navy Reserve Sailor, your duties will be carried out during your scheduled drilling and training periods. During monthly drilling, Information Systems Technicians in the Navy Reserve typically work at a location close to their homes.
For annual training, you may serve anywhere in the world, including locations in the U.S., at bases overseas, or in areas where humanitarian needs are great.

Most of what you do in the Navy Reserve is considered training. The basic Navy Reserve commitment involves training a minimum of one weekend a month (referred to as drilling) and two weeks a year (referred to as Annual Training) - or the equivalent of that.
Information Systems Technicians in the Navy Reserve serve in an Enlisted role. Before receiving the ongoing professional training that comes with the job, initial training requirements must be met.
For current or former military Enlisted servicemembers, prior experience satisfies the initial Recruit Training requirement, so you will not need to go through Boot Camp again.
For those without prior military experience, you will need to meet the initial Recruit Training requirement by attending Boot Camp in Great Lakes, IL. This training course will prepare you for service in the Navy Reserve and count as your first Annual Training.

The Service Delivery Manager (SDM) is responsible for keeping the Service Delivery team on a challenging schedule during the growing seasons while gathering information for the potential rehabilitation and/or repair of stormwater wetlands, biofiltration systems, proprietary underground storage units, and drainage conveyance infrastructures utilizing Best Management Practices (BMP) for Stormwater Control Measures (SCM).
Specific duties include:
Leading a team of watershed management Service Technicians in maintaining and improving storm drainage systems to mitigate flooding and erosion
Identifying and documenting stormwater drainage issues needing repair.
Performing general environmental maintenance activities.
Operating and maintaining company landscaping equipment which includes a pick-up truck & trailer.
Disposing of sediment, trash, and debris from stormwater systems.
Performing physical labor in a variety of weather conditions.
Completing maintenance & inspection reports and tracking crew expenses
Consistently exectuing against company defined Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and applicable Service Level Agreements (SLA) to ensure uncompromised fulfillment of client's Scope of Work (SOW)

Responsibilities:

Updates Price Transparency Standard Charges file in accordance with regulatory requirements.
Manages and monitors staffing activities including hiring, orienting, evaluating, disciplinary actions, and continuing education initiatives.
Periodically tests samples of departmental charges to evaluate whether staff members are performing correctly, and controls are operating as designed. Works with RCM and departmental staff to provide as-needed retraining as well as regular periodic updates for all charge capture staff.
Monitors and provides training, support and troubleshooting to both application teams and end-users to facilitate proper usage and continuous learning. Qualifications
5+ years of experience in IT administration or systems engineering
Expert-level proficiency with Microsoft 365 administration (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams)
Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 Defender and Entra ID (Azure AD)
Demonstrated expertise in Zoho CRM, Support, WorkDrive, Billing, and Vault administration
Proficiency with Jira Service Desk administration and workflow management
Strong experience configuring Windows and mac OS devices for enterprise use
Solid understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
Self-directed work style with ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced startup environment
Bachelor's degree in informationtechnology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Preferred
Experience supporting AWS-based SaaS platforms
Familiarity with SOC 2 and/or HIPAA compliance requirements
Experience with infrastructure-as-code or automation tools (PowerShell, Azure CLI, etc.)
Background in identity management and SSO implementations
Prior startup or small team experience
Work Environment
Hybrid position
Must be physically located in the South Florida region
Participation in a rotating on-call schedule is required
Collaborative work with operations, customer support, and engineering teams

User Support: Set up and troubleshoot desktops, printers, phones, POS systems; manage accounts and passwords.
Network & Connectivity: Maintain basic LAN/Wi-Fi; resolve connectivity issues.
Vendor Coordination: Liaise with EMR, phone, and IT service providers; oversee hardware/software purchases.
Security & Compliance: Apply patches, manage firewalls/VPNs, enforce access policies, assist with HIPAA compliance.
IT Inventory: Track assets and lifecycle; ensure timely upgrades.
Onboarding/Offboarding: Manage accounts, email, and system access.
Qualifications
CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+ (or equivalent experience)
Familiarity with Microsoft 365 administration
HIPAA knowledge preferred
Strong troubleshooting and communication skills

Salary: $70,000-$90,000 (based on experience)
