Job Summary: Working out of our Lemoore CA facility, you will be responsible for the development of new and existing customers. Job duties to include but are not limited to the following: Responsibilities: Work closely with planner / scheduler & Fabrication Supervisors along with the sales team to ensure all parts & prints are ready for Installation. Meet with customers to develop solutions to their current and potential problems. Train our workforce in specialty installation requirements. Assist in hiring of local workforce. Ensure all employees are being trained to their highest standards. Ensure safety standards are met, and regular safety training is administered. Manage QC standards and implement improvements where needed. Walking projects with new and existing customers. Qualifications and Experience: A self-starter who is detail orientated. Own or be prepared to obtain an Osha 30 Certificate Have a clean driving record. Be able to lift #50. Be able to drive a forklift truck. Be able to operate scissor lifts and any other construction equipment. Be able to read and understand Blueprints and P&ID Drawings. Be computer literate. Location: LeMoore, CA Travel: Up to 50% Compensation & Benefits: The expected base salary range for this role is $110,000 - $130,000 USD per year. Actual compensation will be determined based on a number of factors including skills, experience, qualifications, and location.
