    Senior information technology manager job in Fort Worth, TX

    Looking to hire a direct hire Senior Project Manager in the Fort Worth, TX area! Responsibilities: Visit job sites or onsite offices, perform work inspections, check job progress, and resolve project and contract issues Ensure timely completion of high-quality projects within budget. Conduct regular status updates and end-of-contract cost analysis. Develop and keep current all the project schedules ensuring all schedules mesh with the master project schedule. Provide periodic status and end of contract cost and budget analysis. Conduct pre-job planning meetings and document meeting results, ensuring all action items are completed. Establishes and executes subcontracts and equipment buy-outs to support schedules and budgets. Assemble the estimate for the project and review the final estimate and ensure the proper loading of those numbers into the project cost system. Prepare and submit monthly contract billings to ensure proper cash flow during contract performance. Identify and develop policies and procedures for continuous and aggressive improvement.. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Construction Sciences, Mechanical Engineering, or a related engineering field is mandatory. 5+ years of direct experience required (project manager with a commercial mechanical contractor) Demonstrated excellence in organizational skills. Excellent written, verbal, communication, and presentation skills. Pay: $125k and up (Pay is commensurate with skills and experience!) Location: Fort Worth, TX (On-site)
