This individual will lead the Geospatial Technology group within the Digital Engineering Solutions team, helping to drive strategic architecture, engineering and construction (AEC) initiatives through advances in GIS and mapping technologies, reality capture, remote sensing, the internet of things (IoT)/sensors, and custom solutions and workflows for AEC professionals. - Lead, monitor, supervise, and evaluate the Geospatial Technology group. This includes aligning the group to the Digital Engineering Solutions team's goals and objectives. This further includes providing guidance, instruction, training, and leadership skills to inspire the group to perform at their optimum, working efficiently together and maximizing the team's potential.
- Motivate and inspire the Geospatial Technology group by creating an environment that promotes positive communication, encourages bonding of group members (both within the Geospatial Technology group and across the broader team as a whole), and demonstrates flexibility.

- Help drive the business strategy, working with leadership to identify and prioritize problems best suited for custom solution and workflow development. Effectively translate business challenges into advanced digital solutions and help quantify the various types of risks and rewards for solutions to be prioritized.
- Manage staff, evaluate performance, mentor, and plan career paths, approve paid time off (PTO) and training, ensure human resources (HR) policies are followed and make recommendations regarding staffing decisions.

What you'll do:
The Program Manager I - Expansion Projects is responsible for the successful execution of assigned capital expansion projects and associated budget allocations. They will support, direct, and execute business projects related to manufacturing methods, processes, facilities, systems, and equipment using comprehensive knowledge of existing capabilities and new technology. Interfaces with manufacturing personnel to learn and improve existing processes.
Responsibilities:
* Manage high-visibility, strategic capital expansion projects, manage focused teams, run meetings, make regular update reports, execute major equipment purchase contracts, and replicate existing equipment.
* Utilize project management PROLaunch toolkit for project planning and execution.
* Design and implement 3P tool to optimize warehouse layout for maximum efficiency.
* Support Information Technology requirements in partnership with IT team and Platform Program Manager.
* Support execution of ERP plan with consideration for the Aerospace SAP initiative.
* Identify required storage and racking solutions.
* Oversee contractor management in adherence to Eaton's MESH contractor safety requirements.
* Provide periodic project updates (Project Status Report 4-ups - Green/Yellow/Red) of current situation relating to contractual milestones and problem/high risk areas (e.g., technical, cost, and schedule).
* Utilize lean tools to establish value stream maps for processes and coordinate with supply chain to finalize logistics and future state value stream map.
* Support the preparation and launch of standard work documentation for manufacturing operations.
* Plan and execute work transfers between manufacturing sites.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
* 3 years of operations, construction, or project management experience
