The IT Manager is responsible for leading the IT infrastructure and support for the business with an emphasis on network and cyber security. This position is responsible for developing the strategy and delivering a stable and secure environment to support the needs of a business spanning multiple sites within the US and across the globe. Through effective management, a service-oriented leadership style and drive for continued improvement - this position has the potential to continue the growth of a strong team enabling success for the company. Reporting to the CFO, this role leads the department with a high degree of autonomy.
The company has a competitive benefits package, including a 401k plan with company match. While this position is based in Bell County, Texas, some travel to other business sites is expected (up to 25%).
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversight of comprehensive cyber security tools and processes to protect the business from threats, including the following:
Oversee daily security operations, manage alerts, and coordinate with incident response teams to mitigate threats.
Develop and enforce security policies. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001).
Develop and deliver cybersecurity training programs. Foster a culture of security awareness.
Design, maintain and improve network & security implementations using best practices in design, configuration, monitoring & troubleshooting for IP networks.
Continue to maintain, update and ensure the server/network infrastructure delivering an uptime of 99.9%. (SLA)
Supports projects, assess the effectiveness of the security of the network, infrastructure and ICS environment, and together with involved stakeholders, determines the solution strategy for detected security posture within this scope.
Daily monitoring of network utilization and security vulnerabilities.
Maintain the company's various servers and network services such as Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, O365 and Azure.
Ensure that the technologies are updated with current, stable, and compliant architecture and applications that meet enterprise standards.
Maintain accurate and relevant system and network diagrams and documentation as changes are implemented.
Develop and maintain playbooks for network and server updates as required to maintain a secure and stable system environment.
Develop, maintain and perform routine disaster exercises to ensure backup links to sites and disaster recovery procedures are kept in practice.
Responsible for troubleshooting and resolving all network issues falling between OSI Layers 1-7.
Oversee support for Windows servers, workstations & other troubleshooting needs.
Recommend the selection, design, development, configuration, implementation, and maintenance of business solutions.
Oversee vendor management across a range of service providers including outsourced MSP provider, telecom, software, etc. . .
Maintain business relationships with business technology partners to provide support in managing company footprint.
Support IT Applications and infrastructure for ERP systems.
Participate in On-call rotation in order to support the various time zones the company operates in as well as to assist manufacturing staff during extended shifts.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree (B. S.) from four-year college or university in Computer Science or Information Systems or equivalent combination of education and experience.
10+ years of related progressive experience.
Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and of regulatory compliance.
Demonstrated experience designing, configuring, troubleshooting & monitoring LAN/WAN network performance & associated hardware.
Aruba and Cisco network experience preferred.
Ability to write reports and business correspondence and create and maintain technical documentation regarding networks and related systems.
Ability to solve practical problems & deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.

A Texas based service company is looking for qualified Project Managers to organize and oversee the daily operations of complex Field Deployment Projects based throughout the United States.
Project Managers will be tasked with leading all aspects of the project with an emphasis on safety & accountability, task management, project reporting, project staffing, fleet management, scheduling, customer engagement, and management of individual Project Supervisors.
The ideal candidates will be competent in managing a large field services organization, work order management systems, project management, and utility safety processes. Expertise in the discipline of utility metering is strongly preferred. Pay will be commensurate with experience and skills.
The ability to travel for different projects will be required and will be a prerequisite of hire.
Responsibilities:
Daily management of AMI Deployment activities.
Responsible for adherence to all practices on site and in the field during deployment.
Ensure all policies and procedures are followed and documented.
Lead training and documentation for all individuals on the AMI team.
Manage project according to budget and project timeline ensuring profitability and customer commitments are met.
Develop project changes as needed and implement processes for tracking progress towards goal attainment.
Responsible for daily inventory tracking and reconciliation.
Manage fleet acquisition and maintenance.
Maintain and understand contractual obligations, scope of work requirements, and customer commitments relative to the project.
Calculate, document, and track progress for all project KPIs and report updates to management.
Oversee customer support, call center, and claims processes and organize them to enhance customer satisfaction.
Actively participate in project accounting
Work cross functionally with Network Operations Center, Sales Team, Inside Support, and Executive Team to ensure project success.
Evaluate overall performance by gathering, analyzing and interpreting data and metrics for management review.
Ensure that the company runs with legality and conformity to established laws and regulations.

Knowledge of electricity and specifically knowledge of electrical metering.
Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.

Proven experience in managing large, high-profile projects. (Utility industry is a plus)
Certified Utility Safety Professional a strong consideration.
Proven experience in process development, process change, and process management.
Outstanding people skills.
Knowledge of industry legal rules and guidelines.
Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics.
Familiarity with MS Office and various business software. (proficiency in Excel)
Great communication skills, must write well, speak well, and be able to communicate very effectively.
