Master's degree preferred. 10+ years of progressive experience in payroll operations, including 3+ years in a leadership role. Proven ability to manage multiple union and non-union payroll processing for employee populations of 4,000+. Proficiency in advanced Excel functions and payroll systems. Demonstrated knowledge of payroll and associated tax regulations in both Canada and the United States. Professional certification such as CPP preferred.
