The Position:
The Systems and IT Manager plays an important role within Accion Performance by providing the business knowledge and technical skills to implement technical strategies, evaluate products, and provide a superior level of technical support that benefits the company and customers.
The Duties:

Duties/Responsibilities

Collaborates with staff, customers, vendors, and managers to understand and assess computing and systems needs and requirements
Leads the 3PL customers' teams in system implementation, onboarding, training, and tasks
Serves as Systems liaison between operating divisions, vendors, customers, and all internal departments to achieve objectives
Interfaces between external customers' operating systems and internal systems to ensure data integrity between the systems
IT integration between third party software
Automation of systems to increase efficiency across the business unit
Creation, automation, and maintenance of customer and internal reporting systems. Not limited to but including: inventory management, PowerBI, Crystal Reporting, SQL reporting, Synapse Anywhere
Evaluates system utilization and primary support for detection and correction of operational problems
Acts as the subject matter expert to advise on system performance, available enhancements, and strategic ways to prevent operational risks
Manages vendor relationships and application sourcing; regularly communicates with key contacts for day-to-day issues and escalations
Ensures connections with trading partners occur without issue
Oversees backup, system testing, system patches and system promotes, security, and user help systems
Drives operational continuous improvement by researching and providing suggestions to internal stakeholders
Remains current on the latest systems and technology trends, options, and offerings
Travels to other Accion Services Warehouse and customer locations as required; up to 25% of the time
Creates and recommends IT budget based on business needs and scalability

The Qualities:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in information systems or computer science; master's degree preferred
Five or more years' experience in a similar role; 3PL experience preferred

Responsibilities
+ Oversee the design, configuration, testing, and implementation of new warehouse systems including WMS and WCS.

* Read the prime contract and ensure all reporting obligations and deliverables are identified and complied with

* Monitor subcontractors and vendors for adherence to performance and payment obligations under the agreement and make timely notifications to the Risk Management Department or the surety as required.

* Prepare and submit customer pay requests, ensuring that billings are processed in an accurate, timely manner. If delays in payment are encountered, the Project Manager identifies and corrects the cause of the delay in order to expedite payment.

Cost and Productivity Management
* Analyze and be responsible for budget and quantity updates for job cost reporting
* Ensure daily time and quantity reporting is completed timely and accurately
* Establishing and maintain job cost reporting in accordance with company policy.
* Develop innovative methods for increasing efficiency, productivity, and profitability on the project.
* Review productivity reports with the project team at regular intervals and ensure that management is kept up-to-date on unit costs and schedule attainment for the work and how it compares with the budget. Quality
* Ensure project is completed to all applicable quality requirements.
* Review and approve the project quality plan.
* Ensure timely inspection of work in progress to ensure that work put in place is in accordance with the plans and specifications. Together with the superintendent, ensure that uniformly high standards of quality are established and maintained throughout the project.

With all of the rapid growth and expansion, our client is seeking a top IT Infrastructure / Data Center Manager to who is able to manage and lead a team, set the IT direction, drive execution and make hands-on technical contributions.
Duties of the IT Infrastructure / Data Center Manager:
Maintain and oversee Infrastructure and Data Center service level standards and standard operating procedures for hardware, software, servers and networks.
Ongoing management of desktops, phone systems and email.
Lead team of analysts and technicians and assist in help desk and production support and make sure workload and priorities are set based on business needs.
Manage and recruit staff, including interviewing, hiring, training and conducting performance reviews.
Assist with the company's network infrastructure and disaster recovery solutions, plans, and annual tests.
Ensure security of company data across all systems.
Create and manage effective vendor relationships to ensure understanding of business needs and priorities.
Qualifications
Required Experience
6+ years experience in IT-related field including knowledge of basic applications and typical hardware components of computer networks.
Minimum 3 years direct management of technical staff, managing multiple priorities and leading implementations of enterprise systems and services.
Experience with infrastructure technologies, including data center management, VMWare, Cisco routers & switches, network monitoring tools, firewall management, storage solutions, disaster recovery procedures and security processes.
Experience designing and administering databases
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
Excellent oral and written communication skills and demonstrated excellence in working in a team environment.
Experience with Cisco networking devices, storage devices, tape backup libraries, and Windows/Linux operating systems.
Experience with Oracle, SQL Server and Teradata databases, telecommunications equipment and IT Helpdesk.
Either has manager experience or excelled in individual experiences.
Experience with both on-premise and cloud environments.
Ability to work well with others, promoting healthy relationships and building strong team dynamics by influencing others positively and engaging and inspiring those around you.
Ability to confidently lead, motivate, and influence individuals and teams to accomplish objectives while promoting collaboration and teamwork through coaching and development.
Bachelor's Degree is required

As our EIM Program Lead, you'll design and implement a comprehensive enterprise-wide information strategy that transforms how ACES manages and leverages data. You'll lead a cross-functional team, coordinate across departments, and ensure our data becomes a trusted, strategic asset that drives decision-making, compliance, operational efficiency, and digital transformation.
Duties and Responsibilities
Define and execute ACES's EIM strategy, blueprint, and roadmap
Identify business goals, enabling capabilities, and gaps
Develop operational models and capability sequencing plans
Establish governance frameworks and enterprise data standards
Lead cross-functional collaboration across IT, analytics, operations, and compliance
Conduct regular assessments and report progress to executive leadership
Ability to travel
