Position Overview The Senior Project Manager will oversee multiple commercial construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and at the highest safety and quality standards. This role requires leadership, problem-solving, and strong communication skills to effectively coordinate with subcontractors, owners, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Manage multiple commercial projects ($20M-$30M) from inception to completion. Review and analyze project documents, plans, and specifications. Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion. Oversee contract buyouts and monitor project budgets. Create and manage RFI's, CPR's, RCO's, Submittals, ITB's, CO's, and logs. Lead and facilitate the bid process. Coordinate and communicate project objectives and specifications with superintendents and subcontractors. Monitor and mitigate project risks and costs. Implement best practices to optimize efficiency and performance. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and subcontractors. Qualifications & Experience Minimum: Bachelor's Degree 5-10 years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction. Strong team-building and leadership skills. Experience with Tilt-Wall, Structural Steel, and Concrete Construction. Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Project). Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.
