Specific Responsibilities
Operational Excellence & Governance

Serve as SME for Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Intune, Security & Compliance).
Drive M365 adoption and collaboration value across the business; respond to alerts and usage trends.
AI & Automation Enablement
Explore and implement AI tools that improve IT efficiency and service delivery.
Partner with business units to identify AI opportunities in workflows, reporting, and support automation.
Establish KPIs to measure AI adoption and impact on performance or cost reduction.
Vendor & Subscription Management
Manage vendor relationships, contracts, SLAs, and escalations for ISPs, managed services, cloud platforms, and enterprise applications.
Oversee licensing and subscription compliance for Microsoft, Adobe Creative Cloud, SQL Server, Windows Server, and more.
Ensure timely support renewals for Meraki, Palo Alto, and other OEMs.
Procurement & Budget Alignment
Track IT spend and align purchase activity with budget targets and refresh cycles.
Proactively seek service improvements and cost-saving opportunities through vendor analysis.
Requirements / Competencies
Minimum 10 years of IT experience with at least 5 in IT operations or infrastructure leadership.
Proven success in managing complex environments that include hybrid infrastructure, Microsoft 365, security platforms, and enterprise networking.
Track record of effective change management, and operational governance.
Hands-on expertise with Microsoft 365 admin center, Intune/Endpoint Manager, Exchange Online, and related PowerShell administration.
Experience leading technical projects delivering on-time, scope and budget.
Experience with security operations, vulnerability management, and compliance.

Virgin Galactic is seeking an experienced Sr. Manager, Digital Customer Platforms to lead the development, integration, and ongoing evolution of our digital customer ecosystem. Reporting to the Chief Information Officer, this role owns the technical architecture and delivery of a secure, scalable platform that supports the full customer lifecycle-from prospect to astronaut.
The ideal candidate brings deep experience building B2C digital solutions, managing complex system integrations (Salesforce, payments, CMS), and working with luxury or high-touch brands. This leader will collaborate with Customer Experience, Sales, and external design/development partners to ensure a seamless and premium digital journey.
Responsibilities
Direct in-house and outsourced development/support teams to ensure timely, secure, and high-quality delivery.
Own the end-to-end technical architecture, system design, and platform integrations across Salesforce, payment systems, CMS, and internal applications.
Lead the development, configuration, and customization of applications to ensure secure, scalable, cloud-native implementations.
Oversee technical solution delivery, including systems analysis, programming, configuration, and architectural alignment.
Manage application lifecycle activities: testing, deployment, maintenance, enhancements, and rapid defect resolution.
Identify system dependencies and cross-platform impacts to ensure performance, security, and compatibility.
Maintain disciplined development processes, including requirements tracking, release/change management, and risk controls.
Build platform roadmaps aligned with corporate strategy and evolving customer experience needs.
Partner across IT, Customer Service, InfoSec, and Infrastructure to ensure fast, seamless resolution of platform issues.
Manage vendor and third-party relationships, ensuring SLA and contract compliance.
Recommend improvements in technology, process, and policy to increase efficiency and platform performance.
Prepare and present reports, status updates, risks, and mitigation plans to senior leadership.
Manage the Digital Customer Experience budget and contribute to project/operational financial planning.
Required Skills & Experience
Bachelor's and/or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
8+ years leading software and web application development for enterprise-grade solutions.
Proven ability to lead and mentor IT teams, ensuring alignment with organizational goals through effective resource allocation, performance management, and development of technical talent while fostering collaboration and adherence to best
Strong background in secure web architecture, cloud infrastructure, and digital customer platforms.
Proven experience with SDLC, Agile, Scrum, and modern development practices.
Experience integrating Salesforce with complex digital ecosystems; luxury brand experience preferred.
5+ years working within complex manufacturing or high-tech environments; deep CRM process understanding.
Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

The annual U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $107,850-$164,550. The base pay actually offered will vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, location, and experience and take into account internal equity. Other forms of pay (e.g., bonus or long term incentive) may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and other benefits, dependent on the position offered. PROJECT SCOPE:
Need people who have experience on Programs for the DoD/Military.
These are more functional "business" Program Manger vs. technical.
The ones selected will be responsible for the creation of the program from start to finish from business side: Examples include managing "risk"
Determining cost and revenue, understand and be held to P&L's, forecast and ATC's and ETC's, work w/ IPT team to address issues related to schedules and cost overruns, knowing all Value Streams, work hand in hand with Purchasing and planning, as well as military personnel and vendors.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Will work with Engineering and support organizations to analyze proposals with respect to cost/risk/quality, lead source selections and negotiation teams, and monitor subcontract costs, schedules, and technical performance.

Takes a proactive stance by developing contingency plans in potential risk areas and identifying contingency plan deployment criteria to resolve potential problems. Reports potential problems to upper management.
Ensure pertinent written records are maintained that document all agreements / commitments related to the project.
REQUIREMENTS:
MSCS/BSCS, MSEE/BSEE or related 4-year degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering preferred (or equivalent).
Must be a US citizen and able to obtain and maintain a DoD Security clearance
5+ years' experience as a functional Program Manager with business General Manager experience managing capital budgets from $5-10 million.
A minimum of 10+ years related experience in the Defense and Aerospace
Experience in working with the Defense and Aerospace customer community and in serving as a principal point of contact to key military and commercial customers
Should have experience with customer communications, negotiations and proposal management\
Contribute to weekly and monthly strategic planning, plan execution and technology roadmap updates and must be able to keep team members focused on schedule milestones and objectives and must motivate team members to develop cost effective, customer-oriented solutions and approaches.
