Required Education, Skills and Experience

What YOU will do:
Design and develop Digital Technology projects aligned with HR groups using Oracle PL/SQL and UNIX.
Gather, analyze, design and develop data integrations, applications using html/JavaScript/Oracle mod PL/SQL and UNIX.
Provide technical leadership on integrations/application development focusing on workshops, and partnering with conversion leads, IT leads and local BU resources to ensure a holistic design and solution.

Support the Workday/ADP integration requirements across countries.
Communicate and work with HR, Payroll and Digital leadership teams accordingly to manage resource and system constraints, while supporting the project timeline goals.
Ensure processing and system improvements, developing strong relationships with other members of the HR Digital team, HR, and Payroll teams to facilitate integration delivery and support.
Provide innovative technology solutions for the overall system landscape and architecture.
Work with ADP, Workday and other partners to explore additional opportunities/value that can be provided to RTX through investments already made.
Drive RTX needs into product design.
Qualifications You Must Have:
Must possess at least a bachelor's degree or its equivalent in Information Technology or a related field and 8 years of progressive experience as a Manager, HR/Payroll Digital Services or related role. In the alternative, must possess at least a master's degree in Information Technology or a related field and 5 years of experience as a Manager, HR/Payroll Digital Services or related role would be acceptable.
Must possess at least 5 years of experience in DOT NET Architecture Design with rapid application development tools like APPDesigner and Version Control management using TFS, GIT.

This function anticipates, plans, and delivers Information Technology solutions and strategies that enable operations and drive business value.
Application Development & Maintenance performs configuration or coding to develop, enhance and sustain the organization's software systems in a cross-functional team environment through adherence to established design control processes and good engineering practices. This job family programs and configures end user applications, systems, databases and websites to achieve the organization's internal needs and externally-facing business needs. Application Development & Maintenance partners with business leaders, investigates user needs and conducts regular assessments, maintenance and enhancements of existing applications.

+ Execution and management of the SAP Finance functionality that supports the enterprise
+ Responsible for IT Controls, SOX compliance, and Audit findings in finance functional areas
+ Overall solution ownership of incidents, defects, enhancements, and new build for SAP Finance

**_Qualifications_**
+ 8-12 years of experience, preferred
+ Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred
+ 10+ years' experience in SAP Finance Build/Run, preferred
+ Full-Cycle SAP Finance implementation experience
+ SAP Finance Solution discovery, options analysis and build guidance.
+ Strong collaboration and leadership skills
+ Strong business acumen in finance and accounting
+ Superior knowledge of processes and technology with deep hands-on knowledge in all the areas of the SAP Finance domain
+ Prior work experience in SAP Billing and Revenue Innovation Management (BRIM) is a plus
+ Excellent organizational skills

Position Summary:
Plans, manages, and coordinates the evaluation and implementation of the technology infrastructure and campus IT operations for CT State Community College. Provides campus IT operations through regular site visits, direct engagement with campus IT teams, and ongoing assessment of infrastructure needs. Leads collaboration with customers, management, IT colleagues, vendors, and consultants to define and uphold service levels.

Under the direction of the CT State Chief Information Officer (CIO), the Senior Director of Infrastructure and Operations is responsible for effective performance in these essential duties:
Leads the development and implementation of methodologies and practices that ensure a stable production environment, defined by high system availability, minimal downtime, robust disaster recovery protocols, and proactive system monitoring.
Leads, develops, creates, and implements application systems & network systems, ensuring they are developed, maintained, and augmented using established methodologies and practices, with support from staff and direct reports.
Works with campus technical and functional staff to encourage Business Process Reengineering associated with administrative system development.
Leads the implementation of administrative software systems related to enterprise applications, such as software deployment and patching.
Leads efforts to integrate activities with other IT units to ensure successful implementation and support of project efforts.
Provides sufficient and timely support to new systems development and implementation, working closely with campus-based counterparts/liaisons.
Recommends software upgrades or software add-ons to support and enhance software systems, in collaboration with college staff.
Develops and maintains long-term plans for administrative computing enhancements, upgrades, and future development.
Leads overall efforts in the design and implementation of new network systems and the successful transition to those systems.
Fosters and maintains good relationships with customers and IT colleagues to meet expected customer service levels.
Prepares and administers Administrative Technology Services budget.

Minimum Qualifications:
