The Executive Office of Technology Services and Security (EOTSS) is the lead enterprise technology organization for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Charged with driving the ongoing alignment of business and technology across the Commonwealth's Executive Branch, EOTSS oversees and manages the enterprise technology, digital infrastructure and services, as well as the Commonwealth Security Operations Center and an enterprise Standard Operating Environment that includes an information security and risk management framework for over 125 state agencies and over 43,000 state employees. Key Responsibilities:
Employee Engagement and Development:
Manage and enhance programs focused on employee engagement and inclusion.
Oversee the EOTSS Mentorship Program, facilitating knowledge sharing and personal growth opportunities.
Lead the Emerging Leaders program, coordinating cross-department cohorts for leadership development.
Higher Education Partnerships:
Act as the primary liaison between higher education institutions and the Commonwealth.

Qualifications/Requirements:
5-7 Years of electrical project management experience.
Proven experience as an electrical construction manager on Substation, Power Plant, Overhead and Underground Transmission and Distribution, Battery Energy Storage Systems, and Transportation projects
A deep understanding of electrical construction project management principles, procedures, and materials.
Familiarity with health and safety standards
Proven leadership capabilities in a management role.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
Experience managing project financials.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
A team player with leadership abilities
